Caller Angela reams Rush up one side and down the other for not questioning Obama's bona fides back when it would have made a difference.

Telling him he and the pubies in high places owe us an apology and should hang their heads in shame for not calling his citizenship status into question before he was even nominated.

Rush got VERY defensive, sounded like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar...

Rush actually made a lot of sense. What good is him wasting air time on “what ifs”, when the reality today is that Obomba is President, and is enacting policies that must be addressed in the present.

As Rush said, there is no magic wand to unelect Obomba, yet he can work every day to try and make sure he isn't re-elected.

Rush made the salient point. There is no reason to believe that Obama was not born in Hawaii. If he was born in Hawaii after 1959, he is eligible to be President. Q.E.D.

Humblegunner: I agree with you. The caller was still not clear on the “citizenship” versus “natural born citizenship” issue - most folks can’t tell the subtle difference. NBC is the issue, if there is one, and hint that there is something personally embarrassing on the long-form, which is the higher likelihood IMHO.

She was right. Sorry Rush. (I'm a big fan of Rush) Proof? What is proof? Proof is that by law King Obama is responsible and commanded to prove his citizenship. King Obama did not. That fact alone is proof that he has committed fraud and it doesn't matter, he violated the law for being a candidate for President. Rush should have jumped on the bandwagon.

There’s more to one’s history than a birth certificate. I’ve heard Rush talk about 0bama’s lack of records (I for one would like to see college transcripts). There are plenty of issues we need to concern ourselves with. Why was he obligated to cover this?
