I have a large supply of tuna....now days I look very closely at the expiration dates on canned goods and try to get the longer lasting ones. Have tuna, salmon, etc. as well as beef, canned soups, canned this, canned that, SPAM (plenty of that)....Rice, unleavened flour, instant potatos, etc......prices are steadily climbing and I’ve got a couple of multishelves in the basement stocking up on staples. I used to laugh at my sister who is a major hoarder on that front, but now am not laughing so much....You just have to go through and rotate the food by expiry dates regularly....
