And Individual Criminal Cases masquerading as the public good is one of them.Major League Baseball certainly doesn't need government to enforce its rules. You'd think us paying for their stadiums would be good enough.
If Mr. Bonds broke the rules of baseball, MLB can punish him in accordance with their rules that govern this sort of thing. The government has no place getting involved in any way whatsoever.

The most important thing to come out of this was the testimony of Bond's girlfriend. She said his winky shriveled up to barely perceptible. If that isn't motivation to NOT use steroids then the man is too stupid to have sex.
