The Koran Riots in Afghanistan: An Indictment of All Islam
NewsReal ^ | April 1, 2011 | Rob Taylor

Posted on 04/01/2011 7:59:42 PM PDT by TheHawksNest

7 United Nations workers were murdered by a crowd of angry Muslims in Afghanistan during protests organized by religious leaders. The clerics drove through the city of Mazar-i-Sharif with loud speakers, demanding that Muslims “protest” the burning of a Koran by a Florida pastor.

Two of the UN workers were beheaded.

The leftist media here is placing the blame squarely on Koran burner Terry Jones while desperately clinging to the myth of the peaceful Muslim protest that “just got out of control”–no doubt hijacked by a that tiny minority of extremists the media thinks is responsible for over 1,000 years of Islamic Imperialism. But when the Left here makes excuses for Muslim barbarity they ignore reality and the internal drives of unreformed Islam that make Muslims predisposed to mayhem and violence.

There is no other religious group on Earth that murders and rapes more people whenever they feel attacked and insulted nor is there one that attacks and insults other religions as regularly. While the Muslims in Afghanistan murdered innocent people because one man in Florida burned a Koran, Saudi authorities tortured and arrested two Indian Christians for praying. During the arrest Saudi religious police trampled the victims’ Bibles and tore the holy books.

Where are the Christian riots? How many people will be murdered in retaliation for Saudi Arabian religious police desecrating Bibles?

Malaysian authorities desecrated Bibles headed to their country’s Christians, but so far there have been no mass murders by Christians there. Why is that?

The Fogel Family massacre was celebrated by Palestinian Muslims who passed out sweets in joyous revelry over the butchering of Jewish children. Does anyone remember Jews worldwide attacking Muslim families in protest?

The female members of congress need to understand that if Muslim law becomes the law of the land, there will be no female members of congress.

"At some point, it's going to become apparent to the vast majority of Americans, that the radical Islamists will not respond to anything but overwhelming force."

The problem is, I suspect it will cost us a city or two before that happens. . .

I truly hope you're wrong, but I fear that you may be right.

I got an interesting insight from that article: Western secularism/liberalism is basically an atheistic form of Islam.

I must say, there's something to that.

If you can't appreciate the pure beauty of the violin after hearing this, something's wrong with your ears.

Below is my little screed comparing Islam to cancer, which I have posted on FR before. Ultimately, radical cures will be needed, or the world will be consumed. The longer it is put off the worse the prognosis, and the more aggressive the cures will need to be.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

First, cancer cells are very similar to our own. You can’t quite say they are not human cells, or “our very own cells.” They spring up from our own cells. They are genetically identical in almost every way.

But they have some odd, usual “thoughts” and “behaviors”. They multiply rapidly. They invade surrounding areas, and spread to distant areas to set up enclaves, pushing aside noncancerous cells and structures.

They use the body’s own mechanisms and resources against it. They insert themselves into key structures and disable or destroy them. They overwhelm the body’s natural defenses and immune system. The body cannot effectively wall them off, keep them in check, change their inherent nature and behavior, or “make peace” with them in any way. Ultimately, left unchecked, the natural history of cancer is to wreck havoc on the body, causing much suffering, and eventually death.

The only known cures are extreme, aggressive, destructive ones - radical cures: surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. There is always collateral damage, death of healthy cells, sometimes removal of entire functional tissues and organs.

But often enough there is improvement, either improved functioning and quality of life, or often a complete cure, which entails permanent and complete removal of all cancer cells from the body. Although not all cancer cells are always invading and destroying vital structures, it is important to aim for complete eradication of all cells as the goal of treatment, or the cancer will return with time.

In its essential points, this analogy seems hard to refute when applied to Islam. I see little reason not to draw the parallels, and I think they point to unfortunate, drastic, but necessary “cures.”

Bingo.

The left will call you a Nazi for trying to reduce the deficit - and defend the crazed beheading even of a beloved (by the left) UN worker. Oh and at the same time they worry about “Christian extremists”.

...comparing Islam to cancer...

That is a very appropriate analogy, Dag. And the parallels you draw between the cure for cancer, and what the world must do about Islam are right on the money.

I've felt for a long time that Islam needs a "Reformation", similar to Christianity's, if it's to come forward into the modern world. But we all know that's not going to happen. I'm sad to say, that the end result of that backward-looking intransigence will be a holocaust, the like of which the world has never seen.

I would think the flattening of Mecca would bring some reality to Muslims.

I rented a great movie from Netflix last night. It is a great eye-opener for those not aware of the history of wars in Afghanistan and how nations have tried to conqueor Afghanistan and were defeated.

9th Company

2005 R 140 minutes

After barely surviving an intensely grueling boot camp in Uzbekistan, an eclectic group of recently enlisted Soviet soldiers ships off to fight in Afghanistan, where they must endure hellish conditions and extremely dangerous Mujahideen forces. Based on a true story from the 1980s, this rousing Russian war film about camaraderie and heroism stars Aleksey Chadov, Artur Smolyaninov and Konstantin Kryukov.

A reviewer says: "Anyone with an interest in the Soviet War in Afghanistan should see this. No shortcuts were taken in filming. Proper weapons were used. The tanks shown never served in Afghanistan but are of the right era. The fighters, helos and APC's are all period and war correct. Oddly enough I know the Afghani who supplied the uniforms for this movie, and they are, with minor exceptions, absolutely authentic. Excellent movie, and having it in spoken English, even better"

Agreed, like some obscure Minister in Fl. effects them in anyway.

They will use ANY excuse to murder and destroy.

Evil on Earth.

I would think the flattening of Mecca would bring some reality to Muslims.

It would also mark the beginning of a war of annihilation that would not stop until one side was crushed beyond all recognition.

I’d think it might cause Muslims to re-consider their “Allah” (like the Japanese with the divinity of their emperor).

I'm sure the radical muzzies feared that they'd poked the wrong tiger, when they hit us on George Bush's watch, but he didn't turn out to be the conquering warmonger many of their ilk thought he was.

They may not be so lucky the next time. America's is just about in the mood to elect Genghis Khan.

Are you serious? Do you really think that 1 Billion muslims would stand by and do nothing, if someone nuked Mecca?

And once the West was faced with 1 Billion jihadists, all blowing up everything in sight, and killing anyone who even looked like an infidel, do you think they'd just stand there and be killed en masse?

I agree George Bush wasn’t a warmonger, but a lot of Muslims died on his watch at the hands of Americans or our proxies, are continuing to die on Obama’s, and will continue to die under our next president. At this point I don’t think our government even cares what country they’re in. The Muslims accuse us of waging war against Islam; it is very obvious that we are.

Friend, we haven't even begun to wage war. If we had, there wouldn't even be a Middle East, at this point.
