President Obama’s actions in Libya were already suspicious for a number of reasons. First, during Obama’s presidential campaign, he asserted that his priority was to get America out of the two wars it was already fighting. Second, Obama was a staunch critic of the Bush administration for unconstitutionally embarking on a war without congressional approval — an action of which President Obama is now guilty. Finally, as the economy is teetering on collapse, one would assume the last thing the President would want is to have to fund a third war.
And yet here we are. However, once we delve into some of the key players behind the President’s ultimate decision to embark on military action in Libya, things become clearer, and more frustrating.
President Obama cited the “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine as a justification for bombing Libya. The initiative is a doctrine of the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. The American Thinker explains:

It could be that they’re figuring out they are in the same boat as everyone else and they really aren’t immune to the calamity their exalted leaders are bringing on. Maybe they’re figuring out that they have been Useful Idiots all along and now they detect something is very wrong.

Beck has spent all week covering this (as usual, scooping everyone else with impeccable research). He clearly laid out not just the Soros connection, but his direct involvement and how he manipulated Obama through Samantha Power (strangely enough, wife of Cass Sunstein). She had written a treatise on this idea of a “protection doctrine”, Soros read it, loved it, saw it ultimately as a way to hammer Israel re: Gaza and the Palestinians, etc............anyway, Powers is owned now by Soros, she has Obama’s big ear; the rest is now history.
Oh, and they’re just getting started. Libya’s just the first test case for this idiotic, evil “doctrine”.

He made connections with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt right after he was sworn in...indeed, he went to Egypt for his his FIRST public speech - not in America. He invited the MB to the speech. Then fermented the uprising to get rid of Mubarak and now the MB are poised to take over.
He FULLY intends/intended to arm the rebels in Lybia, knowing full well there are many trained Al Qaeda with them - who are the ones Quadaffi is after. This whole kerfuffle started when a contingent of Al Q. attacked Tripoli, killed policemen and captured military equipment and ammo. Quadaffi has been turning jihadists over to us and the UK for years. He and Al Q are deadly enemies.
Arm the rebels, hoping we won't know who they really are - and then Al Q/ muzzies take over another country, next to Egypt and even bigger - then the muzzies have a LARGE chunk of Africa in which to re-establish the Caliphate (Don't forget Tripoli used to be, 200 years ago and again 100 years ago, a Caliphate stronghold)
so there's something in it for everyone - except America.
obummer has already given the fighting advantage in Afghanistan to the Taliban. He did that first off, 2 years ago. His new ROE favored the Taliban, tied our troops hands and made them sitting ducks. From the first month, we took DOUBLE the losses - and each month after - than we had before. You remember the headlines. Oh, right, the media suddenly went quiet about our troop losses.
obummer has also been quietly giving back strategic territory in the ‘ghan to the Taliban - complete with ammo and missiles and rockets etc...that has already been used on our troops. You remember THOSE headlines! Oh, right, there weren’t any.
He has handed over the Kunar Province in north eastern Afghanistan - piece meal - to the Taliban. This is where the strategic valleys are that the Taliban used to filter in to Afghanistan from Pakistan. Our troops fought and died in those valleys to prevent this access.
‘bummer has pulled our troops out, spit on their sacrifice (they never had enough men and equipment to really do the job once and for all) - and just handed it all back. Keep in mind, this is the territory that osama considered home - this is where he trained the 9-11 jihardists. And now he has it back - and he walks the Korengal again - and he laughs. ARe you brave enough to know the truth?

I’m scratching my head over this. “the media”? Old media or new media?
New media/conservative media did a very good job investigating the crap out of all of this. That they may not have stated openly that soros is after the gold, there aren’t many conclusions to come to once you realize he’s the guy behind the action.
But remember, for Soros, the gold is nothing but a vehicle to what he really loves, which is his ideology. Nothing means more to Soros than Open Society.

Well, OUR enemy, not his. (and if anyone has examples in history where ANY country just walked away and left arsenals for the enemy instead of destroying them or hauling them out, I'd like those examples.
