Springs man's claim to have Obama records starts buzz

A Colorado Springs “birther,” retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, has Internet blogs abuzz with what may be an illegal foray into an online Social Security data base and how he obtained a copy of President Barack Obama’s draft registration from 1980.

“Col. Greg Hollister, USAF (Ret.) contacted the Selective Service, falsely impersonated President Obama, improperly registered his own address as President Obama’s address, and by this false impersonation and identity theft he managed to obtain a duplicate registration acknowledgement card with President Obama’s Selective Service information on it,” a blogger posted on gratewire.com last week. “This may violate several federal criminal statutes, and apparently caused the federal record of President Obama’s address with the Selective Service to be altered to show that he lives in Colorado Springs, CO.”

If 042-68-4425 was assigned to Jean Paul Ludwig then it should show up in the SSN Death Index, but it doesn’t.

The current SSAN for Jean Paul Ludwig in the Death Index is 045-26-8722... so not the same as Obama’s 042-68-4425 listed as his SSAN for draft registration.

What is interesting is I had previously searched in Ancestry for Jean Paul Ludwig and could not find any info, but it is all there now with a SSAN different than Obama

Heck I know more about Ludwig that I do Obama...where he was born(France), when he came to the US(1923) and who he worked for as a Valet(Sen David Reed, Pa, but lived in Conn)

Oh, but the True Believers know that he had been issued two SSNs, and that one of them was transferred to Barry Soetoro, and that the records were somehow purged.

Being a genealogy buff, I just looked up Jean Paul Ludwig on Ancestry.com. In the Social Security Death Index there, he is listed as just “Jean Ludwig”, born 17 Feb 1890, registered for Social Security in 1951 in Connecticut, died in Jun 1981. It gives his SS# as 045-26-8722. It doesn’t state that he DIED in Honolulu, just that that was his last residence and that’s where the benefits were sent.

You mentioned that he had 2 SS#’s, so the one I found must be the other one. He is also listed on Ancestry.com (as Jean Paul Ludwig) in the California Death Index, born 17 Feb 1890 outside the US, mother’s maiden name Salome, died 19 Jun 1981 in San Luis Obispo, CA. This record also gives his SS# as 045-26-8722.

His passenger ship record on the SS Leviathan, arriving in New York 26 Sep 1927, shows he was born at Ammersville, France, was a valet, and lived in Pittsburgh. An interesting tidbit is that his employer was “Senator Reed, 1706 18th St., Washington, D.C.” A 1924 ship record also shows him working for Senator Reed.

His WWII registration card from 1942 (under John Paul Ludwig) shows him living in New Canaan, Connecticut with someone named Florence Ludwig.

A family tree at the same site shows that he married a woman named Louise and that they have a living child (name not given). There was a John Paul Ludwig born in 1938 living in Honolulu in 1992 according to the US Public Records Index at Ancestry.com.

Anyway, I didn’t find a record for him that showed a SS# beginning with 042, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t one. But maybe this gives people researching this more to go on!

FWIW, an image of Obama's completed Selective Service registration application was posted on the Net several years ago. So it was already was known that Obama had registered for the draft, allegedly about the time he turned 18 in 1979.

the release of Obama’s draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama’s claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.

FACT: As of March 21, 2011 there are 89,171,763 dead people in the system.

U.S. Immigration Law in effect in 1961 explicitly precluded Obama's mother from giving birth to a U.S. Citizen upon foreign soil because she was not yet 19. Also, Obama may have Lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian, and voluntarily relinquished Her U.S. citizenship to live in Indonesia.

Dr. T.B. Bradley, a forensic psychologist, stated, re the Berg case:

Sen. David Aiken Reed sponsored the naturalization of Jean Paul Ludwig. They traveled all over the world together, including Honolulu and China.

1. Obama admits he was a British citizen at birth on his website.

2. Anne Dunham had not sufficient residency in the U.S. and wasn't of sufficient age to confer U.S. citizenship on Barack at his birth in 1961.

3. If he was, in fact, born in Hawaii in 1961, he was a British citizen only, and only under British jurisdiction as a visitor to Hawaii.

4. In 1961 the U.S. did not permit dual citizenship. So even had his mother been of sufficient age and U.S. residency, he could not have gained U.S. citizenship by a Hawaiian birth through her. His Certificate of Live Birth could not grant citizenship to a British national.

5. As with any parents who are foreign nationals giving birth in the U.S., and "not under the juridiction thereof", Obama would have to return to the U.S. and undergo the naturalization process, and sign a written citizenship oath to gain U.S. citizenship for the first time. This is exactly what happens to the children of foreign tourists whose children claim citizenship under the 14th Amendment birthright. Citizenship under these circu mstances does not consti tute being "natural born".

Therefore, Obama was never a U.S. citizen as a minor, could only become one by naturalization, and if he has not done so, he is an illegal alien like his half-aunt from Kenya.

That’s not the problem. The problem is that he changed Obama’s selective service address to his own in Colorado Springs so that he could receive mail in Obama’s name. That’s mail fraud, a felony. He posed as Obama to do this and he’s receiving mail that’s not his own.

We absolutely should use every means possible to research Obama’s history, but committing mail fraud to receive his mail is a bad move, all around.

Unless, of course, you’re advocating using felonies to fight Obama. But if you’re willing to cross that line, what lines won’t you cross? You start to wade into some very murky waters when you go down that path.

A retired INS agent who worked when Obama came into the United States stated he distinctly remembered Obama because of his 'slick' manners and speech. The agent says that he went back into the INS files and found the information and that Obama came into the USA on a FS-1 passport/visa. FS-1 is a foreign student visa classification, not a US citizen pas sport.

So, who out there can get into the INS files and find Soreto/Obama's record of entry into the USA?

If any of you saw the BOR interview of Trump this evening (I just caught the replay) you will notice that BOR did not reiterate that he has “seen Obama’s BC”.

He instead states that The Factor did an ivestigation and found the 2 newspaper announcements for Obama’s birth (not attributing who reported these announcements in the first place). That’s BOR’s proof of a Hawaiian birth.
