Springs man's claim to have Obama records starts buzz
A Colorado Springs birther, retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, has Internet blogs abuzz with what may be an illegal foray into an online Social Security data base and how he obtained a copy of President Barack Obamas draft registration from 1980.
Col. Greg Hollister, USAF (Ret.) contacted the Selective Service, falsely impersonated President Obama, improperly registered his own address as President Obamas address, and by this false impersonation and identity theft he managed to obtain a duplicate registration acknowledgement card with President Obamas Selective Service information on it, a blogger posted on gratewire.com last week. This may violate several federal criminal statutes, and apparently caused the federal record of President Obamas address with the Selective Service to be altered to show that he lives in Colorado Springs, CO.

Nuts.
I still think Obama looks more like Malcolm X or Frank Davis.
This comment from Sven might answer your question.

Your comment appears to have nothing to do with what I posted...there’s NOTHING there that even SUGGESTS who his father was.
NUTS! Let me repay the compliment.
Perhaps the bigger fraud may have been Obama's possible use of a deceased person's Social Security number in his draft registration.
Furthermore, can someone please explain what kind of advantage Hollister could obtain in his law suit by exhibiting a plain old Obama draft registration receipt? We already knew from other sources that among the numerous Social Security numbers Obama has used, at least one was issued by a Social Security office in Connecticut (although Obama had never, to the best of our knowledge, any connection to CT).
FWIW, an image of Obama's completed Selective Service registration application was posted on the Net several years ago. So it was already was known that Obama had registered for the draft, allegedly about the time he turned 18 in 1979.
That's not true either. It would have just been where the return address was.
Uhhh - so anyone can say they are anybody, change that anybodies address, and get that anybodies secure data?
While I hope Obama is outed on the many issues he has tried to keep secret, I am concerned about such data bases being that poorly safeguarded.
AND THIS BELOW IS HIS SON, MARK DAVIS, WHO ACTUALLY DOES LOOK LIKE HIS FATHER:
“was there even selective service registration?
“First this gets news from Trump.
“now this person comes out.”
Yes, there is a selective service registration requirement.
Your sequence is way off. “This person,” Hollister, filed suit v. Obama in 2008; his suit slogged through the courts ever since, until was declined finally by the SCOTUS earlier this month. That was weeks before Trump uttered his first public comment on the birth certificate.
Also, contrary to the thread’s topic article, Hollister did not suit over the question of Obama’s citizenship, but of his Constitutional eligibility to be POTUS.
I think it depends on whether or not he acquired one prior to 1973. You can all check yours against this list if you are curious. My husband was born in '64 and his matches the state he was born in. I assume that's because his parents didn't get him a card until after '73. I was born in '71 and so does mine (different state).
This is a helpful page from SSA's website where you can see the chart for yourself, and see how you match up.
"The first three (3) digits of a person's social security number are determined by the ZIP Code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number. Prior to 1973, social security numbers were assigned by our field offices. The number merely established that his/her card was issued by one of our offices in that State."
This was after 9/11. It took an act of Congress and an act of God to prove this 15 year old, 6'4”, size 14 foot, white boy with a mild case of acne was not a terrorist presenting a forged COLB from another state.
Armed with every bit of documentation I had to prove he was our son who had passed through my own birth canal 15 years ago, we were told at the SS Office it would take 6 months to research the COLB. They were nice, but their hands were tied.
I called our Congressman (who is now our Gov), faxed him all of the documentation and the process was shortened to 3 weeks. Until he became ‘official’ we called him Pedro (from Napoleon Dynamite).
Looks like Texas Fossil answered me a few days ago, too. Cool..I’ve been asking that for months and now two answers (just not confirmation of it being more than a hypothesis).
And, of course, that wouldn’t mean he’s not natural-born.
One would think so. Personally, I've never understood why any American, especially a registered voter in 2008, would not have legal standing to see proof of obama's eligibility.
The dilemma as I see it is if this leads to the proof that BO was and is ineligible to be POTUS, what happens? If you really start thinking about the implications and what could possibly result, it gets really scary really fast. Race riots - check. Death of Democratic Party - check. Death of the Media - check. Overthrow of any Courts that refused to hear the case - check. Revolution - check. Is it worth it? I think given then path BO has put us on, we must stand fast, be well-armed, and be as prepared as Eagle Scouts.
You can track some one via their cell phone for a fee. You can find out if I paid my taxes and who my room mates are for a fee. You can zoom in on someones home 8 states away free.
This Hollister used a background check system like employees do to verify SS numbers to see if you are a legal citizen. He sent Obama a 1099. He broke no laws.
Now who is Barry Soetoro AKA Obama?
You’ll love this then hehehehe

I check the site you listed, and it also showed the Prefix for Florida. I didn't move to Florida until I was five.
And now you are showing a freeper who joined FR in 2003 an article from 2008?
Good heavens...I’m underwhelmed.
