Yes, tax the Super Rich. Tax them now. Before the other 99% rise up, trigger a new American Revolution, a meltdown and the Great Depression 2.
We know the Super Rich dont care. Not about you. Nor the American public. They cant see. Cant hear. Stay trapped in their Forbes-400 bubble. An echo chamber that isolates them. They see the public as faceless workers, customers, taxpayers. See GOP power on the ascent. Reaganomics is back. Unions on the run. Clueless masses are easily manipulated.
Even Obama is secretly working with the GOP, will never touch his Super Rich donors. Yes, the Super-Rich Delusion is that powerful, infecting all America.
Heres how one savvy insider who knows described this Super-Rich Delusion: The top 1% live privileged lives, arent worried about much. Families vacation at the best resorts. Their big concerns are finding the best Pilates teacher, best masseuse, best surgeons, best private schools. They arent concerned with the underlying deterioration of America or the world, except in the abstract, because they arent directly affected by it. Thats not to say they arent sympathetic, aware, or dont talk about the issues you bring up. They are largely concerned with protecting and enhancing their socio-economic positions, ensuring their families live well. And nothing you write about will change things.

Why, you did!
Cloudy here, might rain again. Ash wants to go out anyway.
Cool here. I think it’s clear, but I haven’t checked. I’m a little tired today and my neck is numb. It may or may not be a sign that the migraine is gone.
*sigh*
Looks like a west wind. I’m not getting any air through from front to back.
Frank just said, “Take me away, Mama!” We’re thinking about Anguilla.
Take me with you!!
DP has vetoed Anguilla after Frank said he wasn’t invited. We’re going to the hardware store for tomato plants, instead.
We had four claps of thunder and about 8 minutes of heavy rain. Ash and Frank were scared. I thought it was a truck or Bill’s music.
I take it, then, that the migraine has departed?
Radio here said both “Tornado watch” and “Tornado warning” which is confusing because one of those means there has been a sighting of an actual tornado.
So, of course, there was panic on the roads every time there was a gust of wind.
Then there was a flood watch notice, but the ntionmal weather service has crappy repeater service and their signal degraded into static hum and crackles.
We’re back from the hardware store with Plants. Shannon can’t wait for the pepper-and-tomato jungle. She seems not to care for the Cilantro Forest; must be the smell.
Jake lurks in the rosemary, so we bought more.
The one cat we had liked to lurk in the catnip patch while flecked with drool and bits of green.
;)
We have no ‘nip, but Shannon likes the vegetables. And they love it when the Crack Lawn Service lets the grass get so deep they can stalk through it unseen, Predators of the Serengeti.
Ctnip is easy to grow.
But you have to designate a sacrificial lawn spot because it will make a patch.
I just love to watch cats play with catnip!
We used to have a huge patch of catnip in the backyard growing up.
We ended up with LOTS of different cats out tehre.
Bobcats love catnip.
Meh. I can take it or leave it.
You'll have to ask Mr. Goldthwaite what his opinion of it might be.
LOL!
I said I’ll be there tomorrow. But I am still here today.
Howdy!
Hello! I’m just back from Nap! We went to the park and did some Scouting; the little boys are passed out all over the house. James caught a fish.
