Trump’s gotta know something we are NOT privy to....yet. Personally, I believe he is setting up the next Republican candidate to win.

I can’t imagine the billions Trump has lost since the dems took over. I see this as payback.

I thought Abercrombie’s first learned of Obama, Jr. when he saw him at a T-ball game. If he was such a good friend why wasn’t he (or anyone else) asked to witness the parents’ wedding?

*****

Obama played T-ball?

How old would he have been? I don't know very much about how a young person registers for T-ball and the age range.

The reason I am asking the question above is this: Did Obama need or not need a long form birth certificate to register for T-ball, if he was a very young child?

Another point: If Obama played T-ball, why didn't Obama play Little League in Hawaii when he left T-ball and was eligible to play Little League, because as far as I know, Obama did not play Little League.

My point is this: Is the reason that Obama played T-ball but not Little League is that Obama did not need a long form birth certificate for T-ball but he needed one fof Little League?

"starts asking more serious questions about the bc then i’ll take notice."

The Donald is the first to publicly point out the millions spent on Hussein's lawyer crews to repress the BC.

*Hey Donald, they were paid by the DNC.

He wouldnt have to be impeached. He’d be forced to resign and since he was never a legal president, anything he or his administration did would be void. Top it off, Biden would not be able to be sworn in.

I think the most likely scenario is that both political parties would pretend Obama's resignation had nothing whatsoever to do with eligibility fraud. Biden gets in and he, Boehner, and Reid link arms in a rose garden press conference, promising a national unity government to get the country through this time of national trauma.

-- Justice would be LTC Lakin given his full commission back, compensation for wrongful incarceration, and after the trial is over, a front row seat to the lethal injection of all the players involved in this coup. --

Forget justice on this planet, and especially from the feral US federal government. When the government screws up and gets caught, it doubles down. All convictions stand, unless pardoned. Heck, some dude was caught with a handgun in a national park. Before his trial, the regulation was rescinded. The trial was held anyway, and he was convicted. He appealed, and the appellate court sustained the conviction.

Here we have 100% of Congress holding that Obama is qualified under the constitution. Do you think Congress will look back in an effort to find error on its part? No way.

They ALL have to be removed from office, and failure to make a specific finding of eligibility is one of many reasons. Another is failure to perform fiscal responsibilities, and another is gross overreach of authority in several areas. OUT, they all must go, post haste. A more worthless bunch of people can't be assembled.

“I don’t believe in conspiracies”

_________________________________________________________________________________________

Do you believe Watergate happened?

It was a conspiracy of grand proportion. Eventually it took down TWO US Attorney Generals (the highest ranking law officer in the country) and many other officials at the highest level of government. Nixon was pardoned to ‘save the country’ but he would have been fried in an open courtroom.

Conspiracies are fact of life. Especially at the highest level. And they are not fantasy as many who post here what us all to believe.

Just like we must never forget 9/11 we must also never forget Watergate. Watergate told us that our government could be corrupted. In 1972 it seems it was for pure personal and political power. But in 2008 could the corruption be something more dangerous to the Republic?

Well, that’d be nice except, it isnt gonna answer the question whether any law is actually legal since Obamas signature are in fact illegal.

There was some talk about this just after he was sworn in and a couple of really good constitutional scholars thought out loud about this very thing. All of them said that it would mean everything this administration did would in fact be null and void. One, had even said that the SCOTUS should demand clarification from Obama as it would cause a constitutional crisis that could result in out and out civil severe unrest.

I wish I had time to look those up and post them.

I just walked through a whole bunch of crap on this and the best I can come up with is that if he is ruled illegal, his whole administration is void. The SCOTUS would have just 7 ruling on the issue since he has had two of his own appointees put in the supreme court, and they would in fact be removed from office. They then would have to be re-appointed and go back through the process.

Biden could be sworn in IF he wasnt privy to the fraud.

In short, there will be a whole lot of lawyerin done.

"However the crime of treason will not recognize BO/BS as President and therefore any document he signed will be void."

Not so much because of treason but for the fact that only a legal President can be subjected to Constitutional removal provisions. One who is a usurper is simply arrested, tried, and sentenced. The fact that everything signed by such a usurper is automatically null and void is because all such signed legislation/orders/appointments would still not have a legal Presidential signature.

There is no way to resign from an position you do not legally occupy.
