Charlotte is —so busy— that when you are outside smoking in the only smoking area there are take offs and landings in front and back of you every 8 seconds. So any idiot could be anywhere around the airport and take aim. Or was it an accidental stray bullet?

How do they know it was a stray bullet? Could have been a micro meteor. Could have been anything.
