Real estate mogul and potential 2012 presidential contender Donald Trump defended his questioning of President Obama’s birth certificate Monday morning with a defiant, “this guy either has a birth certificate or he doesn’t.”
“I am really concerned,” Trump said in a phone interview on Fox & Friends. “You have no doctors that remember, you have no nurses -- this is the president of the United States -- that remember. … He could have been born outside of this country. Why can’t he produce a birth certificate?”
Trump, who has been flirting with a run for president, first made a remark about the so-called “birther” issue last week on The View. Obama provided news organizations with a scan of his birth certificate during his 2008 campaign, which some oulets also independently vetted.
“I brought it up just routinely, and now I’m starting to wonder myself whether he was born in this country,” Trump said Monday.

Remembering this particular birth would have been a no-brainer, given the racial tension and demographics at play in Hawaii in 1961.
Similar, however, you have to agree that in this case there is no document, aside from a dubious computer generated late date concoction of a COLB, to ponder whether it is 'fake but accurate' or not.....hahhahahahahaha
Agreed. Presenting a valid birth certificate would end this and make all of ‘us’ look like fools if we’re wrong.You know they’d like to- so why not do it?

Constitutional crisis is the main problem. What if this nation were to find itself with an unqualified President? Methinks there are those in power who would rather tough this out till his term ends( assuming Obama will allow that to happen), and avert the crisis and decision altogether.
What if it were proven he was foreign born-then we’d have a part of this country insisting that his removal would be more damaging than letting him sit.
I would not be one of them. Is the U.S. ready to see a President put out of office and uphold the law despite the controversy? It comes down to that-and as the pressure builds I have to surmise that there are those on BOTH sides who don’t want to deal with the travesty that has been foisted upon this nation.
Every single American born in this country has a paper trail a mile long. Why not this guy?

No it doesn’t. I was born in a different town then where my grandparents lived and they put a notice in their local paper of my birth in 1948 because it was important to them and their local friends. It was done all the time. It has no baring on the future importance.
While I knew that it was actually Pelosi's certification that certified him for Hawaii, I did not know it was as late as October 08. For real?

And if that was all that was important, then McCain would not have needed SR 511 would he?
The reason he needed it was because he was born in Panama. Some say at the military base there, others, including McCains Birth Certificate says Colon Hospital which is of course in Colon. That is not the U.S. Naval base. He was not born on US territory, under the sole jurisdiction of the United States.
Take this analogy, this will perhaps make more sense.
You have two Mexican Illegal aliens who arrive in Amarillo Texas, with the wife in Labor. She has the baby in Amarillo, and that baby is one that we refer to as an anchor baby, as that child is born American, but no one argues that the child doesn't ALSO have Mexican Citizenship. Of course it does, his parents are Mexican, and just because you are born in a foreign country doesn't mean you won't inherit your parents citizenship! Now, is that baby a Natural Born Mexican Citizen? Nope, the conditions of its birth include the detail that it was not born in Mexico. It was born in the United States and is also American because it was born under the jurisdiction of the USA. That child is American according to current American Law, but is ALSO Mexican because that is the Nation of that child's parents.
This is John McCain's situation and is WHY he needed that senate resolution. If he was indeed a Natural Born Citizen, born inside the USA, it would have been irrelevant. But he wasn't. You could call him an Panamanian Anchor Baby.
Whats more, Natural Born Citizenship cannot be conferred AFTER birth. It describes the conditions OF that birth. The conditions of his birth were: He was born with blue eyes, weighed X.X pounds, had birthmark X, his foot prints were (this), he was born at x:xx(am/pm) and was born at Colon Hospital in Colon Panama to parents XXXXX and XXXXX Citizens of the USA. This child is a citizen of the United States, born to parents who are citizens, and born in the Nation of Panama. He was born under the jurisdiction of Panama.
I think McCain was chosen DELIBERATELY as the candidate to run against Obama, because they both had the same issues. McCain wasn't going to bring up the same issue against Obama which also made him ineligible. That isn't even tinfoil hat territory. What might be tinfoilhattish is the idea that if there is indeed a group deliberately selecting presidents for us to vote into office - say the Bilderberg group - who would benefit from having that pesky constitution out of the way.... put in a POTUS who breaks the constitution, and bingo, no more Constitution getting in the way of their consolidation of money and power.
Evidence of that is circumstantial at best, but this much is certain, there are a LOT of Bilderberger members who made off with a lot of that TARP and Stimulus money. TARP was unconstitutionally dispersed (monies went to Italian FIAT in the purchase of GM, a direct violation of the law, so they just called it a loan, then forgave the loan), and the stimulus, well we know how that went.
A who lot of rich people who supported an unconstitutional POTUS have benefited handsomely from a POTUS unbound by the constitution. We however have gotten screwed. But then that's why the constitution matters, it was supposed to protect us, and CAN'T while an usurper holds office. McCain or Obama.... they both had the same problem. Either way we were gonna get an unconstitutional POTUS.

Actually Hawaii didn't qualify him, which is why there were two different qualification statements signed and submitted by Pelosi and the Party.

Anyone who asks the question: “Well if this is true, why didn’t McCain POUND him iwth it in 08?” Well, because McCain has the same problem, and NO act of congress can retroactive Natural Born Citizenship any more than they can change a baby’s eyecolor, or their footprints. They are what they are.
McCain was the ONLY candidate Obama could run against and NOT face that issue. It is WHY Obama wanted to run against him. McCain wasn’t going to raise the same issue against Obama he could not withstand himself.
