I’m thinking, based upon what I’ve read in the past 18 months or so, that it’s been a Fox policy not to give this topic any credible air time. Something seems to have certainly changed.
My theory on what has changed is Trump himself.
Who else in this country has the resources to tell those who would threaten him to go take a hike?
It may be tinfoil, but it may be not, that all these state legislatures get their eligibility bills right up to the wire, then the sponsors and the other supporters just kinda fade away.

That does seem to be the case and it’s about time. I wonder what Dumbo O’Reilly thinks about all of this after declaring it a non-issue month after month.
Fox is not covering the birth certificate story per se.
They are covering Trump who is newsworthy because he has indicated he may run in 2012. And Trump is also making big noise about the birth certificate.
