A metal arm sticks out from the pole, and the object attached to it is partially blue.

It turns out that they are controllers for Met-Ed's energy saving program.

Would be any shortage of energy if plants were allowed to be built using coal, natural gas, and good old safe nuclear.

This shouldn't be a shock to anyone.

I distinctly remember Obama claiming that we can't have our thermostats at 72 degrees.

I guess he wants us to live like third world hell holes to be green.

We use fire wood and have natural gas tanks as a back up. We'll be nice and toasty warm.
Maybe this is why the Bible says to spread out. It's harder for Oboma to control us when we're not trapped in an inner city cage (freezing and starving to death).

Residents can save $40 a year

Wow, I guess 30-pieces of silver is too old fashioned.

Of course, if enough sheep sign up for this the utility company will be whining that their revenues are down and they need a rate increase.

I'm guessing they wouldn't withstand an air rifle, much less a .22. Civil disobedience is a beautiful thing.

Some of that housing looks like it would take a 3” magnum slug to damage.

The left want’s housing to be a constitutional right, but cooling it to 72 isn’t.

That’s actually already being done by Dominion Power in Virginia. I saw a story last night on NBC4 that mentioned reduced electrical consumption as one of the reasons cited by Dominion to justify a rate increase.
