Hospital officials refuse to show document to inquiring state senator

NEW YORK – Obama's alleged birth hospital has locked in a storage vault a letter President Obama purportedly wrote to the hospital on Jan. 24, 2009, declaring it his birthplace.

For the past month, Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom, the only Republican in the Hawaiian State Senate, has been trying to get answers from Kapiolani Medical Center executives as to why the hospital has chosen to put under lock and key a letter from the White House that the hospital should have been proud to receive and display publicly.

In an email exchange with WND, Slom's office staff confirmed that Martha Smith, the hospital's chief operating officer, said a copy of the Obama letter is currently hung in the administrative section of the hospital, away from public view, while the original is stored for "safekeeping and preservation."

When Slom's office asked if the senator would be permitted to see the original letter, Smith responded in an email, "Nope sorry, we are not going to do that."

For weeks, WND has repeatedly left messages with Kapiolani spokeswomen Kaela Peters and Kristy Wantanabe at their offices in Honolulu, inquiring about the letter, without receiving a reply.

The Obama birth letter first surfaced when then-Rep. Neil Abercrombie unveiled at a Kapiolani centennial dinner held Jan. 24, 2009, a letter supposedly written by Obama that same day. The letter, on White House stationery, declared Kapiolani was the hospital where the president was born.

I really don’t know why all the fuss. Haven’t we all written letters to hospitals stating that said hospitals are our “birth hospitals”? Shoot, I wrote one such letter just the other night. Happens all the time. Right?

Regardless of any letter he writes to a Hospital, there is no long form Birth Certificate for Obozo in HI. Only an entry somewhere stating that he applied for a birth record. No information showing that was ever granted.

If Barrack H. Obama, Sr. is his father, he cannot be a natural born citizen of the United States. And as a consequences is not eligible to hold the office of President.

But for that matter, it has never been shown that he is even a citizen of the United States, much less a "natural born" Citizen of the United States.

This has fraud written all over it. And all we get from the state of HI are "legal Weasel Words".

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.

(note- she said a "natural-born American citizen, NOT natural born United States Citizen.)

I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago,” Fukino said, in hopes of ending the controversy surrounding Obama’s citizenship.

Nowhere did she say that she had seen the original "birth certificate"

Yes, they tried to wipe it clean. At the time I looked into it and found out they (the hospital) has a newsletter. I figured that for their celebration they would definitely promote the letter in their newsletter. I found it on their site and searched for the Obama letter. I got hits but they lead nowhere. Since the search DID seem to know about the letter. I tried every which backdoor way to try and bring it up and was successful. I forwarded the information and a screen shot of them using it for promotion in their newsletter to WND. I got a thank you and they used this information in their story.

I think this was an attempt to plant evidence that backfired.
