They certainly shouldn’t expect anything from us whom they detest anyway, but it is a culture that literally has no dissent; disagree and you die...quickly. It is diametrically opposed not just to democracy, but also free thought or critical thinking. The last time Americans saw this was when they fought the Japanese; even in that case, the last holdouts (more than 25 years later) would only come in when their former NCO was found and personally told them they could “come in”. Even when the war ended, the broadcast to the nation said the Emperor had decided it should end; nothing about being beaten to a pulp or surrendering, but the Emperor had decided the war should end. Although I am not a Catholic, I cross myself whenever I see one in a public place (Had to check wikipedia to find out how). They don't like that either.

Yeah, got a story myself. I'm a ham radio operator that there are times I clip my 2 meter handie-talkie to my belt to carry it around. I also have a blue jacket that strongly resembles an FBI or BATF jacket. Well, I was wearing both one day at a mall, it was soon after 9-11. This one Moslem woman in a hajib was giving me the evil eye, she kept watching me, I guess she thought I was a Fed. I gave her the evil eye back and she took off like a coyote being chased by a farmer with a shotgun.

As to the protestors, I'd give them "The Bird" and tell them to "go play in traffic."

Prove you’re not a terrorist or terrorist sympathizer, protesters!

Every day some real American has to prove s/he’s not a racist, gay hater, witch hunter, KKK member, etc. Every single day one of us has to cow tow to PC run amok in our country. Every single day one of us has to ‘explain’ an innocent word or remark to groups with incredibly thin skin and an agenda. Every single day a rancher along our southern borders takes a hit financially or physically because our own government won’t protect its citizens from an invasion of illegals. Every single day we pay in some form for the rancid multiculturalism being pushed down our throats.

You're not alone. I AM Catholic and I cross myself at the sight of a muslim, sometimes proclaiming "God help us!"
