Just watched a bit of FNC on Libya. One question I have, not asked so not answered, is where are the rebels getting their equipment? I mean, FNC mentioned a tank (or tanks). Where do you get a tank? It's been a while since I've been in a Walmart, but I don't remember seeing any tanks there, much less for sale.

Bottom line: who is funding the rebels?

It kind of blows away the notion of “You are either with us... or against us”. If Libya was cooperating in gathering intel on al qaeda... then daffy had been turned from siding with the radicals to siding against them. He also gave up his nuke program... and even though he had apparently flipped over to our side... he gets destroyed for the effort. Seems screwed up all the way around, imho. I blame obama 100%. If he and his administration weren't such total light weights, this crisis could have been defused long ago. Egypt could have turned out differently. Almost any other president but hussein and catah could have handled it properly. obama is now destroying the world. What a guy!

On radio station KFMB (San Diego)today, talk radio host Rick Roberts was interviewing a guy (can’t recall his name) from Jihad Watch (associated with David Horowitz) who said that the Libyan rebels are connected to Al Qaeda and we (the U.S.) may not realize who we’re supporting in this situation.

It was also pointed out that Obama said nary a word when, a few years ago, the demonstrators in Iran were out in the streets protesting Ahmandenijad, but now he is attacking a contingent that may be aligned with Al Qaeda. Does this surprise anyone?
