Just watched a bit of FNC on Libya. One question I have, not asked so not answered, is where are the rebels getting their equipment? I mean, FNC mentioned a tank (or tanks). Where do you get a tank? It's been a while since I've been in a Walmart, but I don't remember seeing any tanks there, much less for sale.

Bottom line: who is funding the rebels?

They have planes too. There are apparently plenty of defections from Gaddafi’s army...and they took their equipment.
