I heard WI Sen. Glenn Grothman on a program over the weekend and he clearly stated that the judge Sumi has NO authority to do what she did to slow down this law from being enacted.
It’s the Democratic way - cheat, lie and break the law - the laws to a Dem do not apply.

As for the judge and her restraining order blocking the bill from becoming law...
The reason she gives is that somehow an open meetings law was violated - a meeting rat lawmakers illegally fled the state not to attend.
Ok. Not a problem... start laying off workers, or declare bankruptcy and renegotiate all contracts for state workers. Face it, the state of Wisconsin is broke!

This linked thread didn’t go very far over the weekend, but includes information for donating to Wisconsin reps facing recall, as well as Supreme Court Judge Prosser up for re-election. Without him, the Wisconsin Supreme Court will have enough liberal judges to overturn the bill.

Yes this is a very interesting little detail.
He swears his AFL-CIO and SEIU work has nothing to do with the price of unions in Wisconsin, but he pulled the site anyway.
