While the Department of Education continues its crackdown on mean-spirited taunting on Facebook, some members of Congress are joining the fight in Washingtons War on Bullying with a new bill aimed directly at kids who target students with disabilities.
Rep. Jackie Speier, California Democrat, will introduce a bill that would require schools to report incidents of bullying against children diagnosed with conditions like Down syndrome and Aspergers to the federal government. It would also mandate that any federal dollars that promote anti-bullying programs focus partially on that group.

A city councilor that is running for mayor, made comments in the local paper about “secret accounts”.Was called out at the next council meeting during the “Personal Privilege” section.
A teacher’s union rep, posting on-line accused the other councilors of “bullying” her.
“Jackier Speier who wants this bill recently became a hero of the left and the media by taking the floor to talk about her abortion.”
Can you imagine someone admitting that she paid someone to murder her unborn child??????? The baby didn’t stand a chance . . . Was the baby bullied by her mother and the butcher????
Oh, wait. Unborn children have NO INHERENT RIGHTS TO LIFE . . .

If there is any disagreement expressed to any leftist doctrine, it must be punished. Afterall, disagreeement might hurt someone’s feelings and that’s bullying.
Would starving and dehydrating them to death be considered bullying? Today marks six years since Terri Schiavo was deprived of food and water, beginning a 13 day torture session ending in her death. The democrats supported that.
I guaran-dang-tee you that if they got that passed, they would amend it to include gay/lesbian/transwhatevers.
