A quick google search shows there are several websites devoted to bestiality.

the sheriff was instrumental in making the offense a crime in Arizona in 2006...

...when a Chandler or Mesa (don't remember which) senior Fire Department official was caught having sex with a sheep.

Craigslist does not facilliate beasiality, a falllen imoral world facillitates beastiality.

Do the companies that provide these guys with cell phones also facilitate beastiality? What are we gonna do about them? How about the manufacturers of the cars they use?

OTOH, the Sheriff was able to nab them BECAUSE of the public CL ads.

Ah, yes. The “Counting Sheep” hotel.

So are unsuspecting sheep responding to ads for babysitters on Craigslist, or what?

I guess all the other crime problems in Arizona were solved by 2006, leaving the police free to crack down on pig molestation?

This give me serious second thoughts about Arpaio.

"mechanism to facilitate criminal activity.”

So are telephones. So is any communication or socialization technology. So is the bulletin board at a laundromat or the writing on a bathroom stall.

Craigslist also facilitates the buying and selling of goods without govt. intervention.

I have to think that there are other websites that cater to that crowd more so than craigs list. Actually, I’d say the charge applies to the makers of waders more so than craigs list, maybe a lot of waders get sold on craigs list.

I must disagree. Distasteful as it may be, I am unaware of any part of the Old Testament that proscribes the most common form of bestiality.

I refer, of course, to conservatives sleeping with Liberals.

Yes, it does sometimes happen.

;-)

There are both religious freedom issues and commerce clause issues involved in any bestiality case.

For example, just because a Palisimian owns six sheep, and all are living in his house, is not indicative of the Palisimian practicing bestiality.

He could be the owner of a Moslim whore house.

C’mon folks....this story is getting play solely to make Joe Arpaio look foolish. Let’s not help.
