The Usual Script

The Usual Script by Ari Bussel

Let me start at the end, for the script is always the same, the results expected, the behavior unaltered.

Israel needs to make up her mind.

It is not up to the American President, nor should American Jews or Israelis living outside of Israel have any say in this decision.

It is likely the most important decision Israel will ever make, and it is time now to make it. No one can do it for her, since she alone will bear the consequences.

Israelis need to decide, whether by a referendum or any other means, if they want to give Judea and Samaria, all of East Jerusalem, and other parts of the Jewish state, as well as a certain “right of return” to the Palestinian refugees. Or will they make Judea and Samaria a legal part of Israel by annexing the area in its totality and stop the shenanigans with the Palestinian Authority about some mythical “two-state solution, two states living peacefully side by side.”

Some in the Center-Left camp in Israel are under the impression that a majority of Israelis would support its peace plan, and that by “withdrawing” to the 1967 borders (slightly revised), allowing a divided Jerusalem and a certain number of refugees to return to the Jewish Israel, “peace in our time” will finally arrive.

They further advocate that the so-called “Occupation” corrupts Israeli society, and that the key to peace is in the hands of Israel. They add that while they did not manage to bring peace to fruition when they were at the helm, it is now the “extreme right wing” government of Netanyahu-Liberman and Shas (extreme Orthodox) that is the only obstacle to peace. Politics as usual, politicians just being politicians.

These true believers conveniently ignore the fact that Palestinians do not desire “Peace.” They want a state, their own state that includes every single part and parcel of Israel. They would never agree to any separation, by border or otherwise. Such would be “racism” at its utmost. They will not stop or rest until Israel is destroyed; all lip service arguments to the contrary. They are not shy about their goal.

Their endgame is clearly depicted on their maps. No one need guess their motives or agenda for they are quite open about their desires. It is simply the old strategy about the-best-place-to-hide-something-is-in-plain-sight at work. And quite effectively I might add.

They already burn Israeli goods and products, getting ready for the day they will be able to burn the Israelis themselves. Theirs is an ideology not any different from that of the Nazis, their cooperation predates the rise of Hitler to power and their devotion to the task of annihilating the Jews continues unabated to this very day.

One would suggest there is another alternative in Israel, but the current “right wing extremist” government is not much different than Kadima, whose positions I presented earlier. The true fact of the matter is that any past peace was accomplished not by the “Left,” but by the “Right.” Thus, in all likelihood, if a peace is even feasible, the only one that is likely to translate it into reality is a government led by the “Right.”

For decades Israelis have refused to make the hard decisions, so they sank into a quicksand of indecision and inaction. This only makes their situation worse. So bad, in fact, that the Family of Nations has grown used to hearing from different elements within Israeli society how bad the situation is for the Palestinians, how Israelis are the root cause for there still being Palestinian refugees and how the Occupation and Zionism in general are hurting the wellbeing of the Globe.

Should one wonder, then, why the world is ready to recognize a free, independent Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital, come September 2011?

So there will be two states, side by side, and Israel will still be criticized. Whatever occurs next, as long as Israel and the Jewish people occupy any part of the shores of the Eastern Mediterranean, there can be no peace.

Against this background of Israeli indecision, let us visit the same script we have seen played over and over again. Allow me to warn you: It is graphic and very unpleasant. Some may want not to participate. I will spare no element, although I may not go into all the gory details the way the Muslims like to parade their dead (or pull corpses from the graves and parade them).

It was Shabbat evening in Israel. In religious towns and neighborhoods, people were celebrating Shabbat, the day of rest, and helping welcome it in with light and laughter. Houses were cleaned, a special meal was prepared and everyone went to the synagogues to pray. It is the cardinal element and the essence of Judaism.

In Itamar, a small Jewish town not far from Nablus in Samaria, where some 200 families specializing in organic agriculture live and 300 students study, a Muslim Palestinian entered, overcoming the protective fence, murdered a couple and three of their kids: an eleven-year-old boy, a four-year-old boy and a three-month-old baby girl.

The eldest daughter 12, returned home to find two other younger brothers still alive. She ran to call for help. A major manhunt is being conducted to find the murderers.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was briefed during the night on the murderous incident at Itamar and has directed the IDF and security services to act in a wide-ranging and determined manner in order to apprehend the murderers. Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed his deep shock at the severe terror attack, saying "this is a despicable murder of an entire innocent family, parents, children and an infant, while they were sleeping in their home on the Sabbath evening."

The Prime Minister demands from the Palestinian Authority, and from its leadership, that it assists in apprehending the murderers. "Israel will not stand by idly after such a despicable murder and will act vigorously to safeguard the lives of the citizens of Israel and punish the murderers."

As our hearts ache ready to explode over another despicable atrocity against the Jewish People in their Homeland by Israel’s “Peace Partners,” the following would be the normal script for such events:

The murderer would be described as a "Palestinian freedom fighter, part of the PA non-violent resistance." His actions would be justified and the blame will fall squarely on the “Settlers.”

The score:

PA-HAMAS: 5 Israel-KB"H: 3

This ball game however is with real-life people, like you and me, with the following exception: Jewish blood is of no consequence to its enemies, or in Hebrew, “Hefker.”

The PA was about to announce it is rejecting any form of terrorism, possibly what happened today, but also all Zionist-Israeli acts of terrorism.

They deplore the current act that will affect their almost certain chances to have a Palestinian State in September, recognized by the full family of nations, with Jerusalem as their "Eternal Capital."

The PA spokesperson was shocked that such an incident would be carried out at this time and contemplated suggesting it was the influence of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. They, on the other hand, claimed the Zionists murdered their own to blame the Palestinians.

Jewish organizations throughout the United States immediately responded, despite the Shabbat, that this was a singular act of a madman, a deranged person. They emphasized that Israeli "Settlements are THE 'obstacle for peace.''"

"We must all unite behind the call of J Street and call our President for a 'bold new initiative' to move the peace process forward, for Israel's sake and her security." They called for the immediate dismantling of any settlements and the removal of all Jews from the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

The Palestinians need not even repeat their own script when they have brainwashed Jews into turning against their own people.

In Gaza, candy was distributed in the streets as people celebrated the murderous act of revenge and championed more bloodshed to show the Zionist Occupiers the end, what will happen to each and every one of them.

These celebrations were not subdued nor hidden from international media. On September 11th, 2001, similar celebrations took place in the streets by the Muslim Palestinians, but journalists were warned with death threats to remove any clips of these celebrations. Ten years later, all is permissible. Under the heading of “freedom and democracy” in the New Middle East, as the “youths” rise to create a new world order, such expressions of distaste for the Jews are allowed.

The funeral would take place on Sunday (by Jewish custom the dead must be brought immediately to burial) and will be attended by thousands. However, all with an exception of handful will be wearing yarmulkes. All the mourners will be “right wing extremist settlers” with the following observable exceptions:

The media whose attention span will be short lived and focused on any possible “acts of revenge” (by word or deed) and the politicians who will attend and speak, searching for a fleeting moment in the spotlight.

By Monday, everything will be forgotten, life will return to its normal course of an elusive peace, Israel as the main obstacle of course and the Palestinians portrayed as those craving peace but being crushed by the Zionist military might.

Are we not tired of this script? Does Israel not realize that the status quo is nothing but a result of her inability to make up her mind? Through her weakness she has imbued the enemy with a path to gain enormous strength. Is the intention of Israel’s enemies not clear enough? Every such incident takes lives, weakens Israel and emboldens the Muslim Palestinians to charge ahead and continue their quest for “Peace” (otherwise known as the “destruction of the Jewish People in their Homeland”).

May all the murdered souls be quickly ushered into Heaven and their extended family of Jewish people living in Judea and Samaria know no more sorrow.

Hashem Yinkom Damam (The Almighty will Avenge Their Blood).

I was disgusted by reports of these most heinous murders, and I’d like to express my condolences to the remaining family and to the Israeli community, as well as my condemnation of those responsible for it. I hope they’re swiftly brought to public justice.

A three state solution is not a possibility because of Jordan and Egypt’s positions on it; a two state solution you seem to be saying is unworkable (?), unless only Gaza (?); won’t a one state solution embody more non-Jews into a Jewish state?

I can’t see even the limited tolerance of Israel in the world continuing if measures have to be taken to further reduce full citizenship for Arab Christians and Mohammadans (and Druze?). If also the Jewish community of America is no longer consulted and involved, what would be their response when Israel is threatened by a Brotherhood Egypt, Syria, Iran, or - if it ever comes to it, a Caliphate? Will more Jews then emigrate there to make a stand, maybe fight to the death, win or lose?

Ari, justice is not always pretty and vengeance is not always sweet, but Israel must learn that BOTH are necessary and the time is now.
Israel will not impose the death penalty even though its own Scriptures mandates it. Murder is the ONE thing there can be no forgiveness for. Killing, however, is often justified.
