Working people are under assault and the assault will continue until we put an end to it. The protests at the Capitol are showing what working people are made of.
Thats the idea behind the Madison Labor Notes Troublemakers School. How do we build on the protests, protect what we have--and lay the foundation to fight for more? Led by experienced labor activists, our workshops will explore strategies to fight back and give you the hands-on skills to make it happen.
The idea is not just to talk about problems for a day and then go home, but to come up with specific plans in some areas, so that we can go out Monday morning and get to work organizing to build on what we've done. There will be ample time to assess what we've gained through our unprecedented activism of the last month.

“They are different from politicians how?”
They don’t have to bother with elections, other than buying supportive politicians.
LOL! I love finding misused and misspelled words on FR.
And what if “Death” were a quarterback?
LOL! I would not bet on his team!
They are framing the debate as the middle class vs “the rich.” The debate is between the public sector unions and the rest of us taxpayers. “The Rich” don’t pay more. They are the producers. Any increase in costs are passed on to the consumer. The middle class taxpayer is trying to make the public sector wages and benefits equivalent to what we are paying or being paid.
Please forgive a line doggie for the misspelling.
eight deuce on the loose!

You’re welcome.
I never know whether I should say anything - I’ve been both thanked and flamed for correcting grammar. :-)
I welcome being corrected on my English! Again, thank you very much! I am always learning to speak better and write improved college papers with correct English.
Stay safe!
Thank you for your service, line doggie!
