The whole place is essentially the extended development you'd find at any major urban terminal ~ except this is the main stop on the US/Mexico border ~ there's a vast 24/7 flow of commerce here.

It sounds very suspicious that the town wants to build highrise luxury condos ~ so what's this really for. Just doesn't make sense.

IJ is great! It’s one of the few organizations that actually does something useful with the money it receives. I’m really tired of all the think tanks and other groups who just talk a lot, send out fundraising letters, and pay themselves handsome salaries.
