Earthquake in its own right.

I would recommend everyone have KI pills as part of their emergency preparedness gear, regardless.
Just called my dad to make sure he had the bottle I sent him. It’s right in his medicine drawer.
Yeah, I know that firsthand from the first Gulf War.. but being here and seeing/feeling this I think is a lvl above the people elsewhere :/ no meaning to be selfish at all... btw... just had another quake while typing this..

We need to be praying for these people. And our men and women in uniform that are there to help out. I keep thinking about those reactors. Are they going to slip into the sea? What impact would that have I wonder? This is as you say horrific, I can’t even imagine.
I doubt that. The jet stream comes into play. Even the experts do not know how bad the radiation would be in the event this occurs and from how it is looking right now we really need to at least prepare for that. I always say hope for the best prepare for the worst

All that radioactivity getting into the ocean makes me wonder if it would kill off everything for miles? Wonder if it could poison the whole ocean?

Yes they should be handing out iodine pills. Hmmmm, ok if the radioactive nuclear waste goes into the ocean and the ocean is full of iodine, wonder if that would help to protect it?

I'm due for a new batch of xrays at my dentist this year, so I'll just take advantage of the passing radiation cloud... I'll buy some film and hold it next to my mouth and get the xrays that way. Anything to save a buck.
Well, look at all of the fish dying lately as well. The sardines that washed up recently were tested and had a toxin in their blood stream. They have different answers as to why this is happening. Not only fish but birds dropped out of the sky dead. Is this all related? I have no idea.
