TOKYO (BNO NEWS) — Japan’s Earthquake Early Warning System puts magnitude of quake off northeastern japan at 8.1.
‘USGS now says....8.8
Heavens! That’s huge. New Zealand was an early warning, too, wasn’t it?
Yes. A monster quake.
I was just watching what appeared to be a good 20 foot wave just sweep through a harbour within the the past 10 minutes.
USGS now confirming 8,8
Prayers for the people of Japan and in the entire region...
KTTV News in Los Angeles is reporting the quake has been upgraded to 8.8 Magnitude!
Unbelievable...
wow, that is twice as fierce. Each Point on the scale doubles the energy in the quake.
My biggest quake of all time was 7.7, they got me beat by 1.1. Incredible!
Is Washington and Oregon going to be hit, this is pretty big!

Thinking about you. Hope you’re ok. Let us know.
I have asked the AM to update the title to reflect the new 8.8 level...
USGS NOW HAS IT RATED AT 8.8
IIRC, there have been a few Christian prophetic sources declare the last 20 years . . . that soon after a very devastating quake hits Japan, great traumas will hit the rest of the world.
I don’t believe this is that quake.
However, things seem to be rachetting up toward such events . . .
with increasing rapidity.
