The alleged gang rape of an 11-year-old girl by at least 18 boys and young men has sparked shame and outrage in a tiny Texas town, but it has also stirred racial tensions that threaten to split the East Texas hamlet...
The rape allegedly occurred last November, and the list of suspects has been growing as arrests keep coming. It's not clear whether more arrests are in the works.
The suspects range in age from 14 to 26, include stars on the high school's basketball team as well as the son of a school board member...

Cleveland police began investigating the rape in December of last year after cell phone video showing the alleged sex attack started circulating among students at Cleveland schools, according to court documents. The video shows the girl engaged in sexual acts with several men.

I would love to know if the 11 yr old girl was white or black. I am guessing white, because if she was a black girl, they would just declare that "it's a black thing".

One wonders where the racial tension is and why it is there. Normally, racial tensions are stirred by mixed race incidents.

Even the mother of one of the boys seemed outraged that her boy was taken into custody. NOT, mind you, outraged that he is accused of gang-raping a child.

Texas also has a town named "Paris", one named "Atlanta", one named "Buffalo" and one named "Palestine". Big state, Texas is.

And all of them, without a doubt, will show up in court with mothers screaming “RACISM!” at the top of their d*** lungs, while their offspring try to keep their pants from falling to the ground while muttering to the Court and acting superior but can’t string a sentence together. And all because they are a card-carrying member of the Poor-Me-Can’t-Get-No-Break Club headed by Jesse Jackson and his ilk.
An absolutely horrific crime on a child- to be gang raped by this many men. I don’t how she and her family will be able to deal with this emotionally/mentally. I don’t know how anyone with a shred of humanity can turn this into some kind of racial problem.
I thought they were saying 28. or that is what the local media is saying.
I expect a blow up pretty soon. As the Cops round up more and more of these pervs, tentions get higher.

Sadly, if it was a black girl, nothing would have been reported for there to be an uproar about. The area around there is very backward in the black community in particular. There is a place called Barrets Station where voodoo is still a very common practice
