Civil Rights

Civil and political rights are a class of rights and freedoms that protect individuals from unwarranted action by government and private organizations and individuals and ensure one’s ability to participate in the civil and political life of the state without discrimination or repression.

Help! Help! I’m being repressed by union thugs!

...."In 30 minutes, 18 state senators undid 50 years of civil rights in Wisconsin," Senate Minority Leader Mark Miller wrote in a statement. "In the dark of the night, 18 Senate Republicans conspired to take government away from the people. Now it's time for the people of Wisconsin to take back their government."

Said the Democrat leader while he was hiding out in Illinois!

Poor Michael Moore:

He’s just trying to get what he couldn’t get during his college years:

The ability to look cool and maybe this time..get laid.

Most lefties are STILL mentally and emotionally stuck in their early 20’s.

I watched the video of Moore on Maddow’s show discussing the events in Madison. In addition, he mentioned something about the MI state government “dissolving” local governments. I have found nothing in my web searches concerning this. Does anyone know what the hell he’s talking about? I know he generally doesn’t. Just looking for some information on his claims.

Just got an email from a friend in Wisconsin and it said that union thugs from Chicago are headed that way right now. Pray for cooler heads to prevail. That said, I don’t hold out much hope for any civility, at this point. Go Walker!

Michael Moore on his way to Madison; all the people in the crowd you see smiling are owners of fast-food franchises.

In the dark of night...with utmost deviancy...the Dems pushed through the most humongous spending legislation ever...Obamacare.

Ask me if i care about their feelings now. These ingrates cowered away like thieves in the night..to avoid a vote...to hide out in the most corrupt state in the union.

The two vital items should be requiring a re-certification every year, andelimination of withholding of union dues. Were they in the bill that was passed. Those two alone would put a major hurt on the Democrat-Union axis.

What civil rights? The right to compel citizens not employed by the government to subsidize labor unions? The very notion of a public employee union is antithetical to constitutional rights as we know them.

And let's make no mistake. This is not about Wisconsin's public employees. This is about the destruction of Big Labor. And it cannot happen soon enough.

Moore is involved in order to build a reliable audience base for his next film. His producers and money people demand it. That is all he's doing.

His successes are so many............."Roger and Me", Rescued Flint from it's demise, huh?

"Sicko" sure put us on the path to healthcare stability huh?

It's easy to follow as film producer. For once do you think he could lead?

So very proud of the Republicans and S. Walker in Wisconsin. The unrelenting backlash from Unions and the Media would have caused normal people to fold like cheap suits and they are hanging tough.

Shame he couldn't have been there himself to say it.

But as long as he's writing he ought to send a thank you note to President Obama. This revolutionary act could not have happened without him :-)

And outside the statehouse, our colleagues at Wisconsin Public Television told us there were very loud demonstrations.

That's another thing we taxpayers need to stop funding
