A top officer for National Public Radio has confirmed that many Americans still question whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president, but that the tax-supported organization just isn’t reporting on it.
It was Betsy Liley, NPR’s senior director of institutional giving, who was meeting with another NPR executive, senior Vice President Ron Schiller, when an undercover recorder was running.

“So it’s more complicated than saying [editor's note: referring to climate change reporting], ‘Where was Obama born? In Hawaii or not? Is he an American citizen or not?’” she explains.
“There’s still a question about whether he is and that is a fact,” she said. “But I think the challenge in our society now is questioning facts.

Betsy Liley will leave her role as the Burlington School District’s grants and special projects director in mid-January. Betsy leaves us for a position as the University Foundations Director at Purdue University, her alma mater, located in West Lafayette, IN.
Among the grants Betsy brought into the district are: PASS, a five year $5.6 million grant that supports climate change
Yeah, that's the first thing they teach you in journalism school: what a democrat says is a fact. Forget all about those tricky pieces of paper, like long-form birth certificates full of pertinent, oh yeah, facts. If Obama says he was born in Hawaii, the only fact is that he "says" he was born in Hawaii.

I do often find our so-called “conservative” media movement hilariously inept. Here we are after 9/11 with a probably ineligible President named Hussein, an out of control federal government, a completely unconstitutional bevy of laws and special rights foisted upon us every year, state-controlled media (NPR etc) in EVERY US town and city which WE fund, our guns being taken away, our personal liberties limited increasingly and in every regard, taxes through the roof, porous borders...
And we bitch about Joseph Farah of all people.
