Organic doesn’t do anything for you my friend...it is the fat that is hurting you.
You don’t have to trust my doctor or your doctor...look up the info, the research that has been done. It is really quite simple. But, to tell you the truth I really don’t care if you want to eat high fat diet and kill yourself, I don’t really care if you insist on drinking yourself to death or do crack. So, let’s end this stupidity...you want to eat high fat diet and pretend you very high cholesterol level is not hurting you...good for you chump. One thing to consider though, if your doctor doesn’t care about your health enough to tell you your diet is hurting you...maybe you should get a good doctor.

Do you know who my doc is? Maybe you should listen to the other guy (who I believe is a doc) who posted to you on this thread)....as I said...different people have different needs. I’m not forcing MY way of eating on you, and you don’t need to try and force yours.....been there, done that. Thanks.

Actually fat is the main fuel substrate your body uses. Too much carbohydrate as a ratio of the mix, especially in the context of a hypercaloric diet, is the bad thing. Proteins in excess of protein synthesis needs are burned either in the glucogenic or ketogenic pathways, depending on the types of amino acids. And, yes, I am an expert: Ph.D., Human Nutrition/Nutritional Biology, The University of Chicago.
But you're completely right about "organic." The funny thing about "organic" is that in raising crops, "organic" fertilization is useless until microorganisms in the soil break it down into its inorganic components which are then used by the plants. It's better to just start with the inorganics which can be better tailored in their mix for specific crops, soils, and growing conditions. There have also been a number of stories out there about the higher risk of contamination through "organic" agriculture. The main purpose of "organic" food production is to make money from the ignorance of consumers by trying to manipulate their fears about their foods. The main result is higher prices for something of no inherent better quality. It's strictly marketing. It does absolutely nothing to enhance any nutritional value of any food. It may be that some "organic" farmers exercise a higher quality control over what they allow to go to market, but that has nothing to do with how they grew it.
