Certainly the recent vexation expressed by Eric Holder over being questioned regarding the New Black Panther voter intimidation case -- i.e., his defense of "my people" -- depicts a new low in race relations here in America. The liberal media and many politicians are curiously not outraged at what is an arguably race-based federal civil rights case.
We were told of a post-racial era that all Americans would enjoy as the outcome of the election of America's first African-American president. As so eloquently described by one of Mr. Holder's people, this post-racial era is not so evident in the view from here in Crackerland.
Post-election of President Obama, the only racial agreement apparent to those of us who reside in Crackerland was Eric Holder's admonition that we are cowards to not discuss awkward racial issues here in America. Here, then, is an offering to contribute to the discussion.
Here in Crackerland, there was some consternation when we noticed then-presidential candidate Obama's unique past and the unusual relationships he had throughout his life. There seemed to be an underlying racial anger and confusion as a mixed-race person in his autobiography Dreams from My Father. An example is Mr. Obama's being so moved by the notion that "white folks' greed runs a world in need."

They're a menace to our nation and damn near everyone living here.
His first two years are a complete disaster and we still get two more wonderful years of 'the recovery.'
Nothing says anarchy quite like a ruling elite that decides on its whim whether to prosecute the laws as written. And then, only to protect some of the people that it favors.
Just shows you what happens when uninformed (stupid) people vote!
That’s racist!!!Impeach!!!
I couldn’t resist posting it since I live in a “cracker house” in c entral FL consisting of two “shotgun shacks” built together to make a duplex. (I turned it back into a single residence. A “double cracker shack,” I guess you could say.)
Yep I live in central Florida as well, uhbummer makes me puke..he is a racist..
It was crackers that won all our wars..peace to ya in Christ..
I think her name is FloZelle? She is wicked funny...she is NOT an OBOT and disses on Me!chelle and and ‘food suggestions’ in other videos.
Alternately, you could call it a "double barrel shotgun shack".
Just passing it along.
Good point!
“The view from Crackerland.” I love it!
That said, the situation in the country as a whole reminds me of when some of our major cities started getting black Dem mayors. They rapidly drove out the productive people and businesses, let basic city services that served all the population collapse (street maintenance, sanitation, etc.) in favor of pouring money into welfare and lousy city housing primarily for blacks, and kept “their people” stoked with constant racist rhetoric and calls for vengeance against whites for real or imagined past wrongs.
Oh - and they made personal fortunes on corruption and payoffs. Not that corruption was anything new in most of these cities, of course; the black Dems simply moved into the formerly white Dem nests of corruption, but with the difference that they did not even keep a minimum of functionality in city operations.
The basic problem is not race, but the Democratic Party; however, because all blacks vote all Dem all the time and have insane party loyalty, the Dems have found that race is the key to their success.
This is the Liberal/Progressive idea of “Post Racial”: Black Racism. They theorize that there can’t be black racism since it’s a white society.
Nice cover, eh?
Actually, it’s consistent with all Liberal/Progressive ideology: Say what sounds good but do what furthers our New World Order agenda.
The practice is called tyranny

That was 2008. In 2010, the GOP got 60 percent of the vote from crackerland. That was a first!
