MADISON -- The 14 missing Senate Democrats have until 4 p.m. today to return to the Capitol or face apprehension tantamount to arrest with or without force."
GOP Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) ordered the apprehension of the senators who fled the state two weeks ago to Illinois to avoid a vote on Gov. Scott Walker's budget repair bill.
Republicans voted 19-0 to give the Democrats until 4 p.m. Thursday to appear before the Senate.
"They have pushed us to the edge of a constitutional crisis," Fitzgerald said. "We simply cannot have democracy be held hostage because the minority wants to prove a point."
The Senate also voted for a "call of the house," which is the mechanism used to compel senators to return to the chamber.
That means the Senate sergeant at arms Ted Blazel can "with or without force" and with or without the help of any law enforcement officers in the state to take them into custody and bring them to the state Capitol.

15 minutes and counting...
I will DEARLY LOVE to see this happen!
exactly
I have 3 kids from 8 to 13 and I tell them every day about life and what is right and wrong.
it amazes me how we have so many say well my daughter is a liberal.
Hell teach our kids what is right, responsibility and let them know the dangers of the far left and how today they’re doing boycotts and thuggery like the NAZIS did in the 30’s.
If parents think the schools or the media will do their job then they have lost their kids to the left
“dead or alive, you’re coming with me!” - RoboCop
Rush said that there were 15 news stories per day connecting Bush to rising gas prices when he was POTUS, compared to one per day for 0bozo. I am fed up too, just like many Americans.
Isn’t WI on central time?
no public service job should be union.
Police , firemen, teachers are all needed to do a job paid by the tax payer.
To take days off while tax payers pay their wages is pure madness
Make sure the law enforcement agencies used arn’t union members or that won’t happen.
You don’t need the media to tell you about gas prices, they are on a 3ft high sign on every corner.
Same thing with grocery items.
It’s the Republicans job to educate the voter why this is happening.
The task isn’t that difficult.
Even James Carville could do it.
It’ll be the Pakistani version of Al Queda ‘escaping’ from
jail.
Maybe he'll do some live coverage today.
He should have an electric fan as a prop.
I am not sure at this time if they are in the state or not.
There have been various reports that they are not, but some seem to be in hiding IN state.
No, I don’t think Illinois would either. I have not seen WHO is going to do this deed.
correct
the GOP there should be passing a ton of laws right now.
ID cards to vote.
no illegals for driving licenses.
no illegals for education, health care etc.
no groups can register anyone to vote you have to turn up yourself with 2 ID’s and prove you are American.
There is a whole load of laws which could be passed while the rats hide and run away.
Anyone notice that the so called ,media are not camping on the rats doorsteps in IL but would do so and would hound them if they were republicans?
“I am thinking they will let themselves be arrested. They become martyrs for the cause then.”
Much better for our side if some willing Wisconsin CITIZENS (Tea Party?) were to drag them back to the border, and make them fulfill the oath they took.
What does Huckabee have to do with any of this?
...15 news stories per day connecting Bush to rising gas prices when he was POTUS, compared to one per day for 0bozo...”

I’ve seen a few stories on gas prices, (and yes certainly much less coverage than with President Bush), but NONE of them have made the connection with their Commie ally, the anti-American RaceMarxist.
