More on the unfortunate "my people" blunder by Attorney General Holder.
Washington Post: "That, in the trade, is called an admission against interest."
National Review: A witness "will often make revealing admissions if he becomes flustered or angry. "
American Thinker: "That brought out the worst in Holder who then made Culberson's case for him."
The Blaze (with link to video and also Limbaugh comments)
The peculiar thing about the mistake is that some outlets actually viewed the comments as a good thing, as a sassy retort, oblivious the the damage such exclusionary attitudes would cause with a large segment of the American population who believe in fair play.
Holder seems to be saying “we must allow discrimination to remedy past discrimination that was already addressed and remedied!”——what a goon!
2 wrongs don’t make a right Mr. Communist Attorney General!
You usually only see crazy sh!t like that during the last ten minutes of “Law and Order” when, conveniently, a witness/defendant will defy the objections of his attorney and blurt out an admission on the stand.
So, I can now officially start saying “you people” again, right?
Both are excellent, Frank!
The guy is incompetent. He needs to go.
Kinda sounds like he’s identifying with the two Black Panther thugs outside the polling place even though he said it was wrong.
Well said.
This administration has so much deceit and deception going on just under the surface that it’s almost impossible for them to keep from blurting out something true that lands them in hot water from time to time. Think about it-it happens to all of them.
It is how he feels. The resentment and disdain with which he holds non-blacks is obvious. We have spend 60 years and trillions of dollars making up for all the wrongs done.
The people who committed those atrocities are dead.
This country is now officially a joke. If you're a millionaire or better, or have an address on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., it works just about as well as any other country does, and if you're not, and you don't, you're screwed just about as badly as in any other country, where you can get yourself killed just for showing up at the polls or for voting the wrong way. Time was, we all thought that only happened in backward autocracies that had no DEMOCRACY. Yet, that's where Farrakhan's goons are taking us with the blessings of AG Holder's DOJ, ain't it? So I've forgotten, please refresh my memory, what's the big honkin' deal about American citizenship? I'm not African-American, so right now I figure mine's worth maybe about the same as the U.S. dollar on the foreign market. Which is not a hell of a lot.
Don’t allow him to resign, impeach the s.o.b.
That works for me, it's what he deserves.
There’s a clear trend in this administration if anyone wants to be honest about it. But they don’t see the danger in their actions.
So if Holder, in his position, doesn’t want to apply the law equally to all Americans. What’s there to be ‘united’ about?
This also reveals the inherent arrogance of liberals,
thinking they can impose “cosmic justice” on society,
thinking they know every wrong ever committed by all parties
and thinking they have the ability to right those wrongs.
Gen 3:5
“...you will be like gods, knowing good and evil.”
BTTT!!! I am not sure anyone has so succinctly summed up the current situation in America!
The worst part, the millionaires are out for themselves and the MLK Blvd residences are out for themselves and BOTH of them are draining the pockets of those of us in the middle!!! It’s like a vacuum - we are getting crunched at both ends!!!
