Queen Sheila is a racist socialist, kept in office by her carefully gerrymandered district. It was drawn on racial lines for Barbara Jordan (no comparison to Sheila) and has kept her in office for years. No white candidate has a chance.
She has the highest staff turnover of any congresscritter because of her unreasonable demands.
She’s a loud mouthed, obnoxious buffoon and a disgrace to the city.
Worse, she’s MY congresscritter. There’s no point in writing or calling her, so I never waste time on it.
We have a local radio guy who lampoons her almost daily. Michael Berry, 740 KTRH, 5-8 PM. He’s hilarious, and once he gets hold of one of her oafish statements, hammers her mercilessly.
She is a snake.
Individual Congress members shouldn’t have a staff. There should be a small pool of secretaries that do some typing for them.
Really, they should all telecommute from their home districts and not have staff at all. If they want, they can have unpaid volunteers.
When I worked for one of the Big Three Auto makers I heard many conversations of the black workers and most of the words spoken were:”N” “F” “MF” No wonder old Sheila thinks it’s normal to blubber all of these vulgarities around at her employees?

For all of her self-importance, it seems clear that Sheila is a colossal joke to everyone on Capitol Hill and outside of it. I know I usually laugh when she speaks on television.

If I had a boss like Sheila Jackson Lee, and she harassed me with late night phone calls or demands that I wait till 3-4 am in the morning.... there would be can of whoop ass opened up on her like no other.

This woman is abusive to anyone that she comes in contact with. I am a native Houstonian (I do not live in her district) and I have friends who have commented that even in basic interactions, she is arrogant and haughty. A friend from high school shared that when she was a cashier, Mrs. Jackson-Lee checked out through her line and even her checks say “The Honorable....”. I could only say wow!
