BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - After 16-year-old Ashton Cline-McMurray was brutally murdered, his mother took some comfort in hearing that at least some of her son's killers would never walk American streets again.
It's the reason why Sandra Hutchinson agreed with letting the purported gang members, several of them illegal immigrants, plead guilty to lesser charges. She says the prosecutor reassured her that, after their criminal sentences were finished, those in the country illegally would be deported.
"They said that they would never set foot, basically on American soil again. In other words, they'd be like in jail until they got sent back," Hutchinson said.
It's no wonder Hutchinson wanted her son's killers gone. Her son was disabled with cerebral palsy when he was attacked while walking home from a football game in Revere.
"They stabbed him. They beat him. They beat him with rungs out of stairs. They beat him with a golf club," Hutchinson said. "They stabbed him through his heart a couple of times. And through his lung. They stabbed him in his abdomen. He didn't have a chance, really."
The four purported gang members who killed her son pleaded guilty to lesser charges, from manslaughter to second degree murder, meaning they didn't serve the mandatory life sentence without parole that comes with a murder conviction.
That allowed one of the defendants, Loeun Heng, to be released by the Massachusetts Parole Board last March. The illegal immigrant was immediately taken into custody by the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
But instead of being deported to his native Cambodia, Heng is back on American streets.

Ping!
wow, a great post.
Calling Paul Kersey . . .
When you think you known of all the ignorance of the united states government and the sorry bastards that work for it. Just damn!!!! Break out the pitch forks and rope.
So if a country inimical to the USA wishes to rid themselves of vermin and weaken the USA, they can help the criminals illegally enter the USA, then refuse to take them back, causing them to be released into society again, a twofer, and cheap, too.
Was the Supremes decision based on consideration of foreign law, I wonder?
Rabid dogs need killing.
Are you, perchance, talking about the gang members or the people who enable their freedom?
This is the MA Guv’s fault, Devalu Patrick. He’s refuses to lock up any criminals at all. My stomach is sick.
Cambodia is a tough one, but with any country who’s ships or planes come to the US and they refuse deportees..we should just put them on the plane or ship on a return trip. That is exactly what other countries do to us. They don’t care if we will take them back.
(1) What keystone koppery is this, when a bad actor like this can’t be deported the moment he walks out of jail.
(2) What idiocy is this, when it’s assumed that the deported will stay deported when a comparison of the border to a sieve is an insult to the sieve.
Aint a gonna change until we clean that whole DC bunch out. To paraphrase a line from a movie: “What this country needs is a good enema!”.
Rabid dogs need killing.
Those who enable or set free rabid dogs should be met by their constituency with torches, pitchforks and shouts of freedom.

Tracking Killers
Evidently, these were some hard-core bad people:
*
Two men caught and one killed by police fleeing the scene of a double-homicide are suspected in more than a dozen murders involving fake drug deals that turned into robberies, police sources said.
Police killed Arturo Ibarra, 37, of 4521 S. Troy, Saturday night after two people were found killed and a third seriously injured in an Edgewater apartment in the 5800 block of N. Winthrop. Ibarra and two suspects fled the scene and, in a shootout, an officer was shot in the leg and Ibarra was killed, police said.
The suspect, Ibarra and the two men had been under surveillance for months, suspected of being part of a crew that had set up fake cocaine deals of $100,000 or more, according to a source. When the buyer or buyers showed up, they would be robbed and killed, sources said.
The three, who worked for a home remodeling business, are suspected in at least 13 murders, including a quadruple slaying Sept. 2 in the 6100 block of South Kildare, said sources. Noel Casares, Alonso Villarreal, Roberto Rivera and Luis Santillian were found bound and shot in the head in a garage there. One source said they are suspected in the deaths of three men found inside a car last spring in the 2300 block of W. 36th Street.
An exceptional job all around.

Thanks to our out-going asswipe Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley and his Sanctuary City Policy... These ILLEGAL BEANERS did a dozen or more local murders and shot one of our own Chicago cops! Funny you never heard Jody Weis talk about how the illegal aliens were committing homicides in Chicago.
