In Matthew 5:43-48 and 1 Timothy 2:1-3, do you think Jesus and Paul were telling us to pray for people to die if we don’t like them?
Go read Matthew 5:43-48 and 1 Timothy 2:1-3.
Now, do you think Jesus and Paul were telling us to pray only for people we feel deserve it? And is there anything in there about praying in favor of an enemy and/or ruler's agenda, or just about praying for the person?

There’s nothing at all wrong with praying that he be exposed or even that he be removed from office if he fails to repent.
But is praying only that really what god was asking for?
So, in Matthew 5:43-48 and 1 Timothy 2:1-3, Jesus and Paul were telling us to pray for people to die if we don’t like them?
So, if Jesus and Paul said we should do something, suggesting in a column that other Christians do it is...
1. ...like warmed over toast.
2. ...something Ron “Ballerina Boy” Reagan, an atheist, would do.
3. ...something the 40th President would never do.
Is that really your contention?
Prayer for our enemies and for the serpent in the WH should simply state that the Lord has His way in their lives. That His way will be recognized by _______ as being the only way.
Prayer does not always mean to ‘bless’ someone. On the contrary; when the righteous pray sincerely to the Lord and pray for an unbeliever, it can be a torment (not that the prayer warrior wishes that...although with the subject here it would be difficult not to wish that). It can be worse than hot coals heaped upon their head.
Do you think that the prayers preserved for believers in the Psalms are evil?
Would God put evil prayers in his word to man?
Are believers allowed to express their hurts and injustices to the Father?
I pray every nigh for Obama to get a clue, to back America, Israel and other allies, and to quit being the most treasonouse president this country has ever had. i pray Obama will get a real dose of the Holy Spirit, his eyes will be opened but even Nebuchadnezzar had to eat like animals for seven years before he wrote in the book of Daniel that the God of the Jews is the One true living God. We do not have seven years; so I pray to the Lord to let him hear “wee the people. So far this is like Israel in the days of the Book of Judges.
Putting aside the ludicrous idea that one Christian asking other Christians to pray for something is the same sort of fascist imposition as the First Lady thinking she gets to determine restaurant portion sizes, let's see what God had to say about this issue:
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? --Matthew 5:43-47

The uprisings are because of Obama, inspired by Obama, because he plans to use the anarchy they produce to enhance his world leadership position.
Alinsky wrote and Obama taught that before the New World Order can come the Old World Order must be destroyed. This is the begining of that. Out of the ashes will arise the new communist order that He plans to lead.
I’ve prayed more than once for Obama, and his family.
But I pray each, and every day, that we will have GOOD leaders (read my tagline).
Those prayers are preserved in God's word because they were written down under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Are you making that claim for your prayers, that when you pray for Barack Obama to die in office you are doing so because the Holy Spirit is directing you to?

Absolutely, in fact we are commanded to do so. But can you show me where in the letter or spirit of Matthew 5:43-48 and 1 Timothy 2:1-3 there is any room for praying for a political opponent to die? Especially for one to die young and leave two daughters without a father? When Jesus says we are not to hate our enemies but to love them, which one does "Die and leave your young daughters fatherless" fall into, hate or love?
Richard Wurmbrand was tortured in prison for 14 years and prayed for Ceaucescu to repent and be blessed. Why is Wurmbrand's God so much bigger than yours?
Michael Reagan says we should pray for the President because it says in the Bible to do so. You express a problem with this and say he’s more like Ron (the atheist ballerina) than Ronnie. I asked if it’s really your contention that pointing out the teachings of Christ is something the atheist ballerina would do and the faithful, churchgoing president wouldn’t do.
Does anything you’ve written here change what’s in Matthew 5:43-48 and 1 Timothy 2:1-3?
