TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras Followers of ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya decided Sunday not to form a political party and take part in 2013 elections, saying conditions are not in place for a democratic process.
Instead, some 1,500 delegates to the first general assembly of the People's National Resistance Front, known popularly as Resistance, opted to eschew elections and push for the Central American nation's constitution to be rewritten, an effort that was begun by Zelaya and led to his ouster.
"The conditions are not right to go to an electoral process," Zelaya's wife, Xiomara Castro, said in a speech Saturday. "To do that would require that the coup-mongers leave power and are punished."

Living in exile in the Dominican Republic, he has said he wants to return, but faces charges of fraud, usurping powers and falsifying documents. And treason which I believe carries the death penalty in Honduras.

They are running like Wisconsin Democrats. Communists do not like elections if they lose.

Zelaya aides withdrew millions in cash from federal accounts to finance Zelaya’s unconstitutional power grab and never returned the money. Zelaya was trying to push Honduras into joining ALBA, Hugo Chavez’ eight-nation trade alliance which is a front for exporting drugs. After Zelaya was booted out Obama did everything he could to destabilize Honduras, from cutting off U.S. aid to kicking Honduran diplomats out of D.C. George Soros is invested in the Latin American, narco money-laundering industry.

Don’t be so sure. Obama never drops his pure personal hatred of someone who has successfully opposed him, and he and the people around him are relentless in trying to impose their totalitarian vision.
Not participating in elections is a tactic that is often used in Latin America when a group realizes that it doesn’t have any popular appeal. They announce that elections and the process are “too corrupt” for them and work to establish a presence that circumvents the normal means of control over political parties and their activities. Notice that this group is already talking about “rewriting” the Honduran constitution.
This isn’t over yet, and it won’t have a chance of being over until Obama is out of the White House. The Hondurans have offended The Won, and he’s not going to forget it.
