Thats cute.
Wonder how many more media can put shutdown and Tea Party in the same headline.
[This is just a feeble attempt to associate shutdown with Tea Party. So far, only Dems and Newt Gingrich have even brought up the s-word.]

I see that Press the Meat has McCain and Trumka.
I may watch them,but I’ll keep a bucket by the recliner.
Mainly dullards today. Big shock.
Prepare for the biased grilling of Scott Walker. Take you BP meds early. LOL!
Thanks AB!
Wow...what happened?
Meet the Depressed has republicans who are not McCain and Grahmensty???
There are other people on the sunday Am shows....than the usual 3 or 4???
I stand corrected: Hell CAN freeze over!
Thanks again AB.
Interesting lineup this morning. For the first time in my memory it appears Meet the Depressed might be worth watching parts of, as well as This Weak. FNS might be okay and it seems Mr. Huckabee wants a bit of air time as well.
Should be an interesting Sunday Thread this fine Sunday morning.
As always, thanks AB for doing this thread. Will be at church this morn singing in the choir. Will join in upon return home.
Later in the thread I'll post an update on the ongoing saga of Sussex county Delaware and its quest to wrest control of the Republican party from the Delaware GOP Blue Blood Ruling Class, headed by Mike Castle and his barking dog minion, Delaware GOP Chair, Tom Ross.
This time folks, in living color, we have a letter to the editor sent out by...get this, the PRESIDENT OF THE DELAWARE FEDERATION OF REPUBLICAN WOMEN!
The opening line, as a tease:
"Screaming women and character assassinating men dominated the GOP meeting at Del Techs Carter Hall Wednesday evening, February 16, 2011.".
I'd written about this meeting last week, how orderly it was, how the Sussex county Conservative Coalition had to struggle through mockery and degradation as the mostly nothing burger wannabe hangers-on of the Blue Blood Ruling Class Delaware Republican party made themselves feel cool and part of the "in-crowd" by such absurd mockery .nothing burgers.
"Screaming women"? Seriously, comes time for Sarah Palin to run, you'll have these zero boobaloobs, and this President of the Delaware Federation of Republican Women is just such a big fat zero of a person with nothing going for her but writing such nasty and lies for publication in the local papers...we'll not only be fighting the actual Blue Bloods such as Jeb Bush and Karl Rove, there's a slew of walking zeroes like this woman willing to lie, defame and mock that they might some day ascend to the throne of the Blue Blood Ruling Class.
Pay attention folks .they're not going to release their grip on control of the Republican party to the likes of such as us "screaming women and character assassinating men".
More later
.
Thoughts for the day

Thanks for thread AB. Another week, another country lost to the Islamofacists.
Good article:
Public employee unions needed? Or harmful?
February 22nd, 2011,by Mark Landsbaum
The hubbub in Wisconsin may end up visiting California soon, considering that we have lots of powerful public unions and fiscal calamity. (Notice how those go hand in hand?)
& poll for freeping:
Government workers should have
* it no better than anyone else
* civil service protection
* collective bargaining
* luxurious health and pension benefits
* #s 2, 3 and 4

And a special award to the first Sunday Morning Talk Show host or guest who properly provides credit for this recent outbreak of democracy throughout the muslim Middle East; George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld.
Despite all of Barack Obama's attempts to stifle dissent in Iran when it happened last year, the human spirit is coming through in other countries and not even Obama can ignore it. It looks like Obama is just waiting for the right moment to jump in and take credit for what the grown-ups in the previous administration did.
Thats cute.
Wonder how many more media can put shutdown and Tea Party in the same headline.

Will any of our side FINALLY MENTION oil and gas prices and how it’s gone up $1.85 under Obama’s watch?
Drill here drill now?
How about Obama’s rejection of 103 drilling permits AFTER he said he opened up the Gulf to drilling?
ANWR?
Where is our side and our plan???
Morning AB!!
I wonder if durring Lil’ David’s MTP interview, the voice David hears in his earpiece will be Trumka’s feeding the questions to him??
I wouldn’t doubt it.
