One of the world's most famous children's toys, Barbie, has been given a makeover - wearing a burkha. Wearing the traditional Islamic dress, the iconic doll is going undercover for a charity auction in connection with Sotheby's for Save The Children. More than 500 Barbies went on show yesterday at the Salone dei Cinquecento, in Florence, Italy

This is hardly new or unique. We purchased Saudi Barbie in 2002 ish for our daughter which came with the habbiyah and a lovlely outfit underneath.

I remember seeing Barbie in the Army dress blue uniform with floor length skirt with the officer’s stripe (she was a major in the Army nurse corps IIRC).
It was part of Barbie makes one of many career professional choices.
Nowadays how about LEO Barbie in combat gear taking down that worthless murdering creep NidalMalikHasan?
