The White House has appointed the first male social secretary in its history: Jeremy Bernard. Currently, Bernard is a senior adviser to the U.S. ambassador to France. Previously, he served as the White House liaison to the National Endowment for the Humanities.
“Jeremy shares our vision for the White House as the People’s House, one that celebrates our history and culture in dynamic and inclusive ways,” President Obama says in a statement.
“I have long admired the arts and education programs that have become hallmarks of the Obama White House and I am eager to continue these efforts in the years ahead,” Bernard says.
After two female social secretaries, perhaps Bernard will reverse Margaret Thatcher’s old line: “If you want something said, ask a man. If you want something done, ask a woman.”

Was flipping channels at lunch and stopped for a moment on PMSNBC. This is what they classified as the biggest “winner” in Washington this week.
Pretty sad state of affairs when you start grasping at straws for “a winner”.
Before I read the article, I’m going to just assume the Stereotype and that this guy is a flaming homosexual. I’ll be happy to eat crow if he is not... But that is how sure I am.

I think of that every time I see a leftist-controlled local "news" broadcast, where they have a guy doing the weather and a female doing the sports! Gender role reversal again.
We’re going to have to add a few letters to that acronym to specifically identify the group that the left hates -
White, Male, Heterosexual, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant

While I’m not crazy about your terminology, it is not uncommon for gay couples to look alike. In the 70s they were known as clones. It’s about as close as you can get to...well, you know...doing what you said...
And here is another traditionally female job being taken by a gay man. I’m sooooooo tired of them.
