WASHINGTON The top U.S. commander in Afghanistan is ordering an investigation into charges that an army unit trained in psychological operations was improperly told to manipulate American senators to get more money and troops for the war.
A senator allegedly targeted said today that he's confident there will be a review of the facts, but played down the idea that he was manipulated.
The staff of Lt. Gen. William Caldwell, head of the effort to train Afghan security forces, ordered the information operations unit to compile profiles, voting records and other information on visiting lawmakers to leverage in a campaign to get more assistance, said a story today on Rolling Stone's website. It says the campaign also improperly targeted the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, and others.

If Franken and Rolling Stone say it, it must be true.

This CANNOT be true.
One must first HAVE a mind in order for ‘psy-ops’ guys to be able to control it.
And, Al Franken? Well... ... I rest my case.

I still have more faith in the US Military -even the oxymoronic Military Intelligence—than I do any Democratic Politicians .As such I believe even the Officers charged with such would have found Al Franken has not got enough mind left for Psy-ops to affect any positive change .that thing could be subject to waterboarding ,and electric shock after prolonged
sleep deprivation and he would be just as stupid and worthless as before the interrogation.

the only effective way to do mind-control on Franken is to give him an enema.

Well, for mind control to work on Al Franken wouldn’t he have to have a mind...?

Al Franken was (s)elected to the U.S. senate as a result of the 2008 elections.
If the Defense Dept. was using ‘psy-ops’ on elected, and (s)elected, officials since Franken has been a senator, then it was Obama’s Defense Department doing the ‘psy-op’-ing
That explains the lack of the capital letters B, U, S and H in all the headlines and stories about this.

Gotta have a mind to work with before you can control anything.

There's no evidence to support that here.
