The Strange Secret World of Michelle Obama's Fashion DepartmentEveryone knows that when Michelle Obama wears something in public, it's either going to sell out or cause a controversy. What everyone doesn't know is that there is plenty of behind-the-scenes drama among the women who dress her.
While the First Lady has long been linked to boutique owner and stylist Ikram Goldman, it's now becoming clear that their relationship isn't as close as it used to be. Obama has a White House employee, 29-year-old personal assistant Meredith Koop, looking after her style, procuring her garments, and setting up arrangements with designers for custom-made pieces. To make it into a mini-soap opera, Koop started her career working at Goldman's boutique, Ikram, in Chicago and was dispatched to Washington when the First Lady took up residence in the White House. Now the student may have replaced her teacher.
No one is talking much about it, though. Michelle won't address the rumors and neither Goldman nor Koop will give interviews. Still, Jason Horowitz tries to get to the bottom of the situation in the Washington Post, but only finds a world that's as glamorous, secretive, and exclusive as the fashion industry itself

Koop is either color blind, deranged, or secretly hates her. Or maybe all three.
Another thing. That remnant bin skirt would probably be cute as a button on her daughter. Many of the things she wears are just not appropriate to her age, figure type, nor current position in life.

I knew this thread would cheer me up. Moochele and fashion are usually good for a laugh. She has NO sense of fashion or she wouldn’t be caught in public or even in private in the ridiculous outfits she wears.

Forget the clothes. Underneath it all (ugh!), there is just a very decided lack of CLASS. You can’t make a silk purse out of a swine’s ear. There is a REASON that the Obamas were NOT invited to the upcoming royal wedding. Number one, the Queen didn’t want Odumbo to say something stupid. Number two, the Queen didn’t want Mooshelle to criticize the menu or try to body-hug her again. Number three, they didn’t want what certainly would have been another uber-cheezy gift, like the iPod Insane Odumbo gave the Queen on one of his state visits. I mean, please. The Queen has more class in her pinky finger than pathetic Mooshelle would ever acquire, did she spend millions of dollars on consultants and consmultants.
Her fashion department is so secret she can’t find it!
I assume this must be a picture of Michelle Obama’s Assistant Meredith Koop, and if so, I would like to suggest that 0dumb0 appoint Meredith Koop as a stand-in for phat ass mabelle michelle, and just stick mabelle michelle in some closet somewhere in the WH. Just keep mabelle michelle hidden & out of sight for the next 2 years.
