An earthquake shook up residents at the entrance to the Suez Canal, two days before two Iranian warships are expected to sail through it.
An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale shook up residents at the entrance to the Suez Canal early Monday morning, 48 hours before two Iranian ships, a frigate and a supply vessel, are expected to enter the canal.
The National Institute for Astronomical and Geophysical Research reported that tremors from the 3 a.m. quake lasted for 27 minutes, but caused no damage.
The ships had originally been expected to enter the Suez today (Monday), but Egyptian officials announced the delay this morning, without explanation.

Apparently, Rev Wright didn’t teach his disciples like Obama much about the Bible and Israel.
However, you know for a fact what you posted is true?
They aren't even subtle about it anymore are they? :^)
It’s gonna take a bigger earthquake than that to stop the Great Satan in Iran.

Hmmm.... maybe he was a Wisconsin Democrat senator working under cover and now he’s on the lam...
A battle of nerves is underway since Friday, Feb. 18, when the USS Enterprise carrier, escorted by the USS Leyte Gulf and USNS Arctic, cornered the Iranian Navy's Kharg cruiser and Alvand missile destroyer at the Red Sea entrance. The USS Fearsarge reached the Bitter Lake first.
Why? Earthquakes are fairly common in Egypt, Sinai, and the entire Middle East. The area had earthquakes last week and the week before and it will have earthquakes next week and the week after. That's just the way it is and has nothing to do with Iran.
Way to go, Hashem!
Got the Zot, eh?
Well, he always was the combative one. I'll bet that was an interesting thread right up to the end.
Because:
1) The United States Geological Survey is a more reliable source for earthquake information than Israel National News.
2) I know quite a bit about seismology; I’m one of those despised, contemptible sorts that has some idea of what their talking about.
Yes the USGS and NASA are never in-correct....

Someone else was ‘looking/inquiring’ about him Friday.
The last I got from him was 11FEB...(I was on his ‘auto links’) and someone posted his last 4 or 5 witticisms/forwards and none appeared to be overly controversial.
I do know he had a ‘run in’ with someone a few weeks ago in regards to his name and picture, but I don’t think “The Comedian” is that thin skinned??
Then again you never know how many people will miss you if most of them don’t even realize you are gone.....
Think about it this way; the coast of Texas is 1,600 miles from the Panama Canal; wouldn't you find an article claiming an earthquake just off Texas "shook up residents at the entrance to the Panama Canal" rather ridiculous?"
I know I’ve taken time off, as long as 3 months, so I’m not too worried. I looked at his posts and nothing looked amiss.
The guys probably skiing with Moochelle and the kids...
Yeah, I hear ya.
Although, it isn’t necessary for ships to pass through Texas to get to the Panama Canal.
Pastor, I’ve truly felt we’re in the beginning of the end times, this earthquake among other incidents proves my point. God does not want harm to come to his chosen.
