Will they be evicted by the police this week? So the legislature can function this week? Will the National Guard be called in to evict them because the police are stmpathetic union members?

Perhaps the Republican senators should reconsider exempting firefighters and cops from the pending legislation.

No one gets exempted, period. If they continue to occupy the legislature, they are in rebellion IMO. Call the NG to put them out.

Sorry, that is the wrong answer. What do you do when “exempted” groups start protesting in support of nonexempt groups? The law has to apply equally to all groups or it needs to be deleted.

BTW - How's ObamaCare doing? ObamaCare is your concept of exempting a subgroup to gain its support. We are up to what 915 exemptions ranging from individual companies, through unions, and now entire states. please tell me, what the basic principle differences between your suggestion and what Obama is doing? Both are trying to buy future support by granting special privileges today.
