MADISON, Wis. A state Capitol thrown into political chaos swelled for a fifth day with nearly 70,000 protesters, as supporters of Republican efforts to scrap the union rights of state workers challenged pro-labor protesters face-to-face for the first time and GOP leaders insisted again Saturday there was no room for compromise.
A few dozen police officers stood between supporters of Republican Gov. Scott Walker on the muddy east lawn of the Capitol and the much larger group of pro-labor demonstrators who surrounded them. The protest was peaceful as both sides exchanged chants of "Pass the bill! Pass the bill!" and "Kill the bill! Kill the bill!"
Tea Party supporters rally off a wing of the Wisconsin state capitol.

"What employers have a right to know is if the patient was assessed by a duly licensed physician about time off of work," Sanner said. "Employers don't have a right to know the nature of that conversation or the nature of that illness. So it's as valid as every other work note that I've written for the last 30 years."
And under Obamacare, we'd still pay for these crooks.
Sounds like there should be pink slips handed out at the rally, too.
LOL! That ain't gonna work when the photographic evidence is presented.
Dummy!
There. Fixed it!
As a union member I’m fairly certain that if I had an excused absence from a doctor but was well enough to attend rallys my employer could question me as to why I was well enough to stand in the cold but not well enough to put in the 40 hour work week that I am contracted to them for.
NICE FIND!!! “Family practice” my patootie!

Please be sure to let the good doctor know how much fraud in the medical profession is appreciated.
Let’s have a civil war and settle this for another 100 or so years ;)
Hell hath no fury like a ‘public servant’ forced to have a normal salary.
Doesn’t he have to be licensed by the State of Wi.
Don’t see why he couldn’t loose his license for fraud!
Hmmm. Sounds to me like he's rationalizing intentionally giving a false diagnosis. I wonder if this could be grounds for medical malpractice.
As a business owner, I can assure you that I would fire their sorry ass and let them try to get their job back. Lawyers cost money. Plus, I don't EVER hire liberals. Interviews are important... If they don't believe in capitalism, they don't deserve a job in the private sector. I have no duty to hire liberals.
God Bless you!

Unions for government workers puts the unions in charge of the government. It’s not at all a democratic republic form of government because public elections have no effect on the unions and doesn’t matter which party supposedly wins. The unions still run the show. And we all know who runs the unions. So thugocracy is an apt name for our form of government.
Naw, no bias there. AP: Associated Propaganda.

IMHO, the majority of pro-union protested were bussed in or told to show up. It started whit 10 thousand and jumped to 70 in a few days. Sees suspicious.
It is time to get rid of public sector unions.
“Doctors from numerous hospitals set up a station near the Capitol to provide notes”
Without a peddler’s license at the location of the Capitol? What were the co-pays?
