It’s not surprising that Obama backs the unions, after all, they helped elect him and they like socialism just like he does. In addition, a Community Organizer is paid to foment resentment and class envy. That is how they gain power and influence. Think of them as simply a local version of Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. That is who Obama is. Obama is a more polished version of Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson.

I saw the same “NYC” video too, at first. But after about a minute it switched to live feed from Madison.

When comparing this video feed with the one on channel 3000 - this one appears to be from the anti-Walker side of the Capitol.

More than likely. Chanting “Kill the Bill.” A few minutes ago, you could hear a distant “USA” chant.
