I just sent that pic, via email, to the Gov. Perhaps they can identify this “Doctor”.

In the photo, there are three white coats filling out bogus excuse forms.

If this person is a physician’s assistant, physician, or nurse practitioner, a citizen can file a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing for fraud.
