I wonder if that doctor could be brought up for malpractice? Isn’t she verifying that someone is ill when they are not?

malpractice is a type of negligence in, which the professional under a duty to act, fails to follow generally accepted professional standards

I don't know about your doctor but mine damn sure wouldn't do that! I think there are requirements for 'NEW patients' too.

Haven’t read through all the responses, but if this person is not a doctor, she is committing a crime by representing herself as one. If she is a doctor, she is putting her license to practice medicine at serious risk by these actions. Deliberately falsifying medical records is medical fraud. Since these claims of illness were being signed off on for the purpose of paying sick leave benefits, there is a tangible monetary value involved and the photos and videos of the signings prove that no actual medical evaluation took place.

It's not malpractice. It's FRAUD, which is criminal. They must be prosecuted.
