House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi came out strongly in support of Wisconsin teachers and students who are protesting Gov. Scott Walker’s proposal to public employees of collective bargaining rights.
Pelosi told reporters Friday that the protests are “an extraordinary show of democracy in action.”
“Wisconsin's workers, teachers and public servants must have a seat at the table to fight for a safe workplace,” she said. “I stand in solidarity with the Wisconsin workers fighting for their rights, especially for all the students and young people leading the charge.”
Governor Walker couln’t have asked for better help. When you get Pelosi to come down on the other side, you know you are winning. I still think Obama has made a major political miscalculation coming down on the side of the Public employee Unions which are despised by a great majority of the American electorate.
Workplace safety? I've read nothing about workplace safety being an issue, have you?

The teachers walked out on the students because their unions told them too.
If anything the students should be pissed off at the Marxists Democrats that allowed this unsustainable debt and entitlement to fester.

Forcing a worker to pay dues or be fired is a civil rights issue, and public sector and private sector forced unionization is akin to Slavery.

There are plenty of labor laws in place to protct workers, trade unions are unamerican and compulsory dues illegal under natural law.
We need Rosa parks types to refuse to pay dues and sue unions that try to have them fired.
Make it illegal for dues to be deducted from any workers pay check.

This is the woman who ensured that someone she most probably KNEW was not Constitutionally eligible to be the Commander-in-Chief was placed on the ballot in every state in the union. She swore that he was eligible even though she never even asked to see any documentation for him and knew that the Hawaii Democratic Party refused to certify his eligibility.
