Moments ago, Rep. Tom Graves was arguing that the amendment to defund the implementation of the national health care would stop the law dead in its tracks.

Odumbo is not a disparaging word it is a word that details whom Odumbo truly is an individual whom is dumb about America, american values and principals. Odumbo is not an American he is actually a third world moronic individual whom claims he is an American citizen by birth, but his father was a british national under british sovereignity (kenya) and he went to college at Occidental and Columbia University as an international student from Indonesia. tell me how can an international student be both international student and an american citizen.
Therefore any word spoken about Odumbo can be a disparaging word.

When I use the term, it’s a disparaging reference to the health care bill—not to Obama. If I wanted to disparage him too, I would call it “HusseinCare” or “ZeroCare” or the like.

I think “Obamakill” would be a better name for the unconstitutional law.
At least they are now acknowledging that their health-care act of abomination is a very negative thing and therefore anyone being associated with it is being disparaged.
