Alaska governor says he won't enact federal health care law; says it would violate his oath

JUNEAU, Alaska - Alaska Gov. Sean Parnell says he will not enact the federal health care overhaul after a judge in Florida struck down the law as unconstitutional.

Parnell considers that ruling the law of the land, barring implementation in the state. He said the state will pursue options of its own instead.

It's not completely clear what practical impact Parnell's unusual decision will have. Alaska has a state-run plan for residents previously denied coverage for pre-existing conditions. The law's main expansion is pending.

Well, looks like the dominoes are falling one by one.

Yesterday, Idaho House Republicans pushed their effort to nullify the federal health care overhaul toward the Senate.

So much for that twit publicly stating that we had to pass the bill to see what’s in it. Now, EVERYBODY will see what’s in it. So much for the Muslim Mulatto’s “landmark legislation” that “defined his presidency” (it is being referred to in those terms, as though it is working wonderfully and he is already out of office); this is presenting legal hurtles that will push this legislation even further from actual enactment. Americans aren’t looking for another permanent entitlement to give every illegal alien and permanent underclass member.

Thank God, I beginning to think I was going to have to go underground, give up my job or even more interesting some ideas that I would just spend my summer prospecting for gold down the Yukon.

I do bet Lease A Murkowski will start a comedy show about bringing in obamacare. Her “supporters” want it, Federal Pork and of course the Federal food udders. (teats)

Obamacare is unconstitutional aka it don't exist until and unless a higher court overturns Judge Vinson's ruling.
Technically,anybody implementing or enforcing a law that doesn't exist is guilty of impersonating an officer or administrator of the law—both serious felonies.
Even if a higher court overturns the ruling,those enforcing and implementing Obamacare now til then will still be outlaws until a statute of limitations expires.
If we didn't have criminal DOJ all this would have been academic immediately after the judge's decision.
